Hi all,
There was a small subset of players (much less than 1% overall) who had a certain aspect of their record in the system which was structured slightly differently. This slight difference was stopping some players from getting mapped.
Anybody who felt their stats were light, or they may have been missing players: Please check your stats now and see if if there is an obvious difference. As I said, this was a very small amount overall, but depending on the affiliate it could make up a decent chunk of your players depending on several variables.
Thanks to everybody for your help and feedback. Once we get through this month it will be smooth sailing!

Ryan -Im not too sure how people will be able to tell, but again I admire your honesty and “upfrontness” ( new word?) regarding this and this is refreshing
Yah hard to tell when Intge was cheating us out of players, I am sure it is right on your end.
My Integrity Casinos players and sub affiliates have still NOT been mapped over to Casino Rewards!

Prof, I’ve posted in another thread about this. The players were done a few days ago, and the revenue is on target.
Here is cut and paste from Casino Rewards for my account:

Captain Cooks Poker has this month made you: $0.00this was sorted out and the issue was only that the prof was checking a different affiliate account with us.
