I received my withdrawal.
Thanks, Marlo
July 12, 2004 at 7:26 pm #652017AnonymousInactiveit is quite a hornets nest in here
bzzzzzzzzzzz bzzzzzzzzzzz
Regarding the slow cash out process – From what I have been hearing its customary for this group of casinos to “slow pay” their customers.
Marlo wrote “PLAYSAFE this is why it looked like no one got the $16 Bonus”
I think he said he was getting direct complaints from subscribers – you seem to have overlooked that point and concluded he was making an assumption based on the way his stats appeared.
July 13, 2004 at 2:59 pm #652086AnonymousInactiveHi everyone,
Alida here from golden[star]network. I’m very excited, as this is my first post here at CAP
Marlo is off sick and has asked me to give you an update with regards to the Miami Paradise $16 No Deposit Bonus. After considering the feedback here at CAP, the casino has made some changes to the website.
They’ve added a “terms & condition apply” to the bonus offer on the Miami Paradise homepage with a pop-up explaining that the bonus may / may not be awarded.
This is also stipulated on the promotions page, furthermore they’ve added this to the casino’s message of the day – and also to the auto response that goes out to all players who have downloaded the casino software.
Should players not be awarded the bonus they will immediately be unsubscribed from any future communications and it will also state in the mail to them that they have not been awarded the bonus due to appearing on a shared database of players from sister casinos.
We know that this will not solve the problem in full, but we hope that it will be a step closer to putting our affiliates at rest, and building a relationship with players who have been awarded the bonus.
Any additional feedback is welcome.
Regards,
AlidaJuly 13, 2004 at 8:50 pm #652116AnonymousGuestSo you’re not going to address any of this Marlo?
well Chips, I think you have your answer.
btw, I can personally say that Chips is a good player, that I feel lucky to have signed him at one of my programs, and that GS is being really stupid if they think he’s a risk.
tell you why. I sent him some $ to do some testing for me, and for the first time in my nearly 5 years in this business, I came out ahead while using a tester.
Come on over and abuse me anytime Chips!
July 13, 2004 at 9:44 pm #652123AnonymousInactiveSteve’s right–Chips is an excellent player–he’s also done some testing for me and vice versa.
July 13, 2004 at 9:48 pm #652124AnonymousInactiveLOL Steve
And you’ll continue to come out ahead – I’m glad you sent me over there I love that new slot GET CRACKING!
July 21, 2004 at 2:06 am #652514AnonymousInactiveI also received a complaint from a player who did not receive the no deposit bonus for no apparent reason. I had just featured this offer in my newsletter. I would hesitate to promote these offers again when there are so many other casinos who do not hesitate to honor the no deposit bonuses.
