for some reason the field for the email address in the e-cash section was empty and I had to fill it in. Did you add this field in new with the update? Strange since I got paid from you into Moneybookers in the two previous months without problems. So I guess my payment will be delayed now…

That’s PaySpark, QuickTender and Neteller checking in as “paid.”
For Moneybookers, we must have that Account Email and Account Number, so please update us.
After login at BrightShare, go to Account Details – Payment in the left-hand menu.Thanks – Marcia
