    With the move to our new and improved affiliate system, payments will now be effected differently.

    Rather than wait for payment details from us, DataCash will be making payments directly from our BrightShare reports through a dedicated faux-casino set up just for the purpose of paying your commissions.

    Since this is the first month we’re setting up payments this way, we wanted to tell you up-front that we DO expect a delay of a few days. Lloyd is already working with the financial department and DataCash to make the delay as little as possible.

    We’re finishing up the payments so they can be paid tomorrow. As it worked out, the 15th was Sunday, and it turns out that today (Monday) is a banking holiday in South Africa (where DataCash is located) so that payments would not have been effected today anyway.

    If all goes as planned, you should receive payments tomorrow – Tuesday, the 17th.

    I can report an absence of cabbage. Does that mean things didn’t go according to plan? Also that new system you were referring to does that show under the payment tab in the backend or has that not been integrated yet?

    After reading this thread I went to check on my payment details not everything stayed intact for my account I just updated it will this delay payment even further?

    Although Brightshare normally pay on the 15th (give or take depending on weekends), I think the T&C’s state “by the 20th” to be fair.

    Hi guys and gals,

    Yes, that’s true Simmo – our T+C’s say the 20th – but I really didn’t want to play that card – we usually shoot for the 15th give or take the weekend, bank holidays in S.A., etc.

    At any rate, the latest update is that payments should be done tomorrow (Thursday). Certainly before the weekend we’re hoping that you ecash people will see your payments. Check and bank wires naturally take a little more time to actually process and arrive.

    Shelley’s at a Bingo conference in London this week – will be back at the office on Sunday.

    Re: questions about the Payment tab in our BS earnings report – this tab shows any balance carried over (if there was one) from the previous month. It will soon be changed to show outstanding balance, current earnings, amount to be paid. In the meantime, you’ll have to do the math yourself – you’ll receive the outstanding balance from the payment tab + the Earnings shown on the Total tab.

    Stemat – I believe that any changes will be OK until that final approval is given to effect payment (tomorrow).

    Sorry for the inconveniences – once this is worked out, it will surely be more smooth in the future.

    Payments were sent through, and as we heard from Peralis are starting to appear in accounts. :chearlead

    If you have not received your e-cash payment in the next few hours, please login to BrightShare and check that your payment details on record are complete. For instance, MoneyBookers must have an email address in the details.

    Wires have also been processed.
    Checks will obviously take time to arrive in the mail.

    If there are still problems, please write to [email protected] and we’ll straighten them out as soon as we can next week.
