Good luck in getting an answer. Bev isn’t allowed to sneeze without the ok of the legal department, much less post.

That’s why Satya quit a lucrative job with a bright future there.

When in Vegas we asked Hemant if he could post in our forum, we have a dozen reps from different poker rooms there that post, and he said he can’t because legally PP won’t allow him to, that we can copy and paste emails that he sends to us answering questions the members may have, but he just can’t post. :hmmm:

I know. They are scared someone will slip some of the things they are doing with some of the privileged affs they coddle and they will get sued for breach of contract with the rest of us.

There have been a number of issues raised here at CAP in their forums this year. It got forgotten because the thing with referback took front seat at the time. They have not answered some very interesting questions regarding T&Cs and affs comping other aff’s payers and non depositing players being moved to other aff accounts and comped…

They are avoiding any type answers because the are working on launching the new Party aff program that will include poker, bingo and casinos, including a new “super casino”. They are concentrating on that only and trying to dodge all the rest of current stuff. Once the new place is live they will simply say everything is new and all will be well now and old concerns are all not applicable anymore…

I have been friends and partners with the Party Gaming/Iglobal group for over 7 years. They will treat you fair, and deliver a good product.

They may be slow sometimes to respond but that is due to incredible growth, and yes there are some difficulties because they went public. By and large I think a good group of the old timers have made good revenues and continue to with this group. Give Hemant a break, he is a good guy.

I have had good relations with them too for years. There is a different wind blowing in the organization though since they went public. In any case, don’t hold your breath to hear from Bev – she was fired. This is not public knowledge yet, so keep it here please.
