i think US has enough people in jail already. maybe politicians are getting paid a commission for every new jail mate. it is the cheapest sort of labour. somewhere on par with chinese employment…
and it’s an addon to a bill that approves three land based casinos…unbelievable hypocrisy man. Normally I’d suggest this represents protectionism, but this looks more like bribery LOL.
