Finally after sending 4 emails Marlo from the Fallen Star Network finally responded to my enquiry regarding stats anomalies. I had contacted him after he requested that anyone with issues should contact him directly as a result of the GSN thread here on profs board. ( original thread )
I had inquired about why my stats which didn’t seem accurate with regards to the quality of traffic I sent and conversion stats he quotes with pride. I asked why Slots Royale had never produced even though it was getting decent exposure on all my slot sites.
He responded with the same old BS we always get from GSN …
“With regards to the conversion rates I mention in the newsletter, these are indeed the average for all players.”
I responded with …
“I was truly hoping to give Slots Royale some great exposure on my slot(s) sites, but it looks like I will be forced to take them down at the end of this month. That is unless you decide to get me off the barbers chair!”
He then got snappy …
“If you believe that we are shaving stats, I can only give you my word that we are not …. and yes, even in this industry my word is my honor. If this is not enough, then I’m sorry I don’t know what else to say.
Any relationship is built on trust, and if you don’t trust me or our program it is probably best to remove all our links. My apologies if it sounds harsh, but I take these accusations very personal.”
I had no choice …
Well speaking for myself I can not trust you any longer – based both on what I have heard and my own personal experiences. Ive sent way too much quality traffic to not see a steady return. Your claim that your clients covert at 50,60,70+% is BS !!!

Actually I have alway made money with there program..
Slots Royale is not the best converting for me but it has finally started picking up.. Same with Miami.. Comparing the click thru’s on Slots Royale and Miami, they do not get many. Assuming people just are not impressed with the creatives. I don’t understand why I don’t get the click thru’s on them but I don’t.. This is also on my own tracking I show lack of click thru’s
However Golden Riviera has always converted the best. River Nile has done much better since they change banners too…
Last month was a very good month with them.. Mostly with Golden Riviera, assuming it has something to do with the viper upgrade…

I was making money with them too … previous 3 months August about $$$, September about $$$, October went up to $$$$ … then I posted in that thread (link above) and Marlo got all snooty.
My stats this month are frozen and all the players that were playing have vanished! Just like with FL – this must be a MGS plague!
In my eyes he is NOT to be trusted!
I have but one good question with Marlo,
why does he take it so personal ??? It is a company he works for and I honestly believe he could be one in the company stealing from accounts …. But well he will never allow a email through to the owners ….
Aff managers can and will do this sort of thing ….
one avarage player for you a whale for me … I do not trust Marlo he gave me this stress squeeze it toy in Bahamas. He had a attitude with that remided me of the kind of person I would like to punch in the face … Again my account was great till he took it over from Manuel …
Alot of the aff scripts that run the affiliate programs have ability to transfer players, and I would guess that is why he feels threatened …. I know about cheaters, they would rather die and take a lie detector test then admit it … Also why can he not discuss things in public ??? Is he afraid that someone may notice all that is going on ???
For what its worth I earned five figures when I worked directly with Manuel. Then my income with them dropped to below $200…
I assumed it was because I was helping to finance their purchase of the new casinos. This may not have been the case. Now that Badabing pointed this out it has me thinking… It also did coincide with Marlo coming on board.
For arguments sake lets say an aff manager does set up an affiliate account under a friend or relative and transfers whales to those accounts from affiliates HE CHOOSES, well it stands to reason he can’t do this to everyone, so he picks the affiliates that rub him the wrong way. He leaves the affiliates HE LIKES alone and they stick up for him when complaints arise and help to muddy the waters. Plus if he’s really lucky he might even get a few of these affiliates that he doesn’t like to leave and he transfers ALL THEIR PLAYERS to his graft accounts….

Thats one HELL of a conspiracy theory, but its one Id buy into. I wasnt making a fortune with their program but was averaging around G note a month … I posted in the thread here about the oddities and sent him several emails with more than an upset tone … my stats this month are frozen. THAT MAKES NO SENSE!
Jonathan over at FL did the same thing to me – all my players and past earnings halted when I told him to F.O.! heh thats 2 MGS programs where I got shafted now – thats why I say its a MGS PLAGUE!
The way I see it hes a big fat 12 pointer “trying” to hide in the brush!

I am thinking that is what could have happened I had the same thing happen with Marlo and I. For sure I know he does not like me ….
He always says the same thing also …. and had the same attitude … OK take this into consideration also …. I sent some new players lately …. they are all there still but till just as of late they are new and I have not emailed him in forever plus the players are small I dont think he noticed this … But my big gamblers from the past are no longer around and forever I could not even get one playing …. seemed like that could be feasible and easy in some software scripts to do … My buddy writes affiliate programs and the things I know tell me there are definatley possible chances things of this nature are happening …
The best way to see what is really going on is to contact the owners directly and present the case … if nothing happens

we at least know what happened.Years ago I emailed what I believed to be one of the Owners
of GSN and not an AFF Manager and he went by the name of Manuel Franck … he took to me to lunch in Toronto.So is he an Owner or AFF Manager ???
He bragged alot about how much The Prophet was making

I dont think someone on high would not have wanted my traffic also as a plus to the theory Manuel was gone that following month I think also because he went to get married and go on a honey moon …. the likely reason that marlo was brought aboard. Also when Marlo was brought on Mr. B had the same thing happen to him and his traffic is damned good no excuse no matter what on that one …. As well he got into it with Marlo and the traffic all of a sudden stopped converting …
Its a theory but it is awfully strange and quite a lot of coincidence also you know what I am saying … The bad part is that it is 100% possible … Does anyone have Manuel’s email ??? not just the regular email address to the program ???
Ive never met him in person so Im taking your word that hes rude and brash. I can only state what my experience has been and it seems that several of us have had similar occurrences with the one constant being MARLO …
Ive never worked with Manuel, so I don’t know if hes aware of the problems or not. I was looking for his contact info last week when marlo wasnt responding to me – I never found it.
Is this is a possible scenario ?

he figured he had to change strategy and imitate Tradal.The only reason I bring this up is that when I met Manuel Franck
in Toronto I was led to believe that he was an OWNER.One of the reasons they entered the French market before most is that Manuel was from France.

I met him on a cruise and spoke with him when he first started. He brought Marlo in to handle the affiliate program after he got things rolling.
Originally though Manuel handled everything including the affiliate program, thats why Badabing and I know him and used to deal with him instead of Marlo.

Though do you think he would want to actually lose the better traffic he had ? He lost Casino prophet, and he lost me and a few others around that time also …. some of these that have continued on top of overture … and I know that he was not paying that much out to cp before before he was dumped and what was asked for the spot was still whithin reason … So I am not sure why Manuel would have done this ??? But it could be the case …. I also did not think he was the owner from what cp had told me … and from being present in rooms when they were discussing biz. Did he tell you he was ? I really think he is just a aff manager but I totally could be wrong on that one …
That’s right Professor … originally he did handle everything … he is the best person to present a case to … if Marlo is still there after that … then the powers that be want it that way.

I Guess all that champagne he kept feeding me did its job then I thought that he could be part but had a feeling he really was just a pawn … I guess that is why he always had lots of gifts and comps for us …. I still cannot believe that he would want to lose his better affs just greedy maybe or more then likely …
