I came over here and noticed that others have beat me to it with a thread regarding this topic, but I am going to make a new one to emphasize the matter one more time.
All I wanted to do was get a poker affiliate link, but it took 20 minutes of clicking through navigation links. I don’t like the Hotmedia setup at all, there are more links to click through than there are actual banners. For example, I click on English USA Hotmedia and the only casino is Royal Vegas. Is this the only casino that accepts US players? So I click on the English Hotmedia link and find the bingo and poker stuff, but I don’t see any royal vegas poker which was shown on your clients list. So I click on the English Canadian Hotmedia stuff hoping maybe there is some links there, but nope, there is only one casino in there. The rest of the Hotmedia links are international languages. So the next thing is clicking on the Media management and finally find the poker room (and the mobile casino that I never knew about) and then select options on the drop down. The page reloads every time an option is selected from the drop down bar and finally no banners or links load up after all options are selected. I still don’t even know how I got my poker link… All it says is to try out Hotmedia to “quickly grab code with no hassles”
Also, what is the point of having to log in with three fields, why not just have the standard user name and password. Forget about adding in an extra alphanumeric account number to memorize along with the password, it’s a pain in the rear.
My advice is to take a look at Brightshare’s marketing material setup and use their example, especially if you want to organize large amounts of material without having affiliates getting lost. Or organize it “by casino” and put banners in different languages as an option for each casino.
Most importantly, your setup was so confusing that there were casinos and even a mobile casino that I never knew existed, so that was one thing I could have been promoting, but didn’t because the setup was unorganized.

Obviously there is genuine concern here.
This week I will be meeting with the relevant parties to see if there’s something we can do to make your lives a little bit easier from now until we roll out the new system.I’ll post back here to let you know.
