Since CC did forget to pay us already 3 times in the past
and then we been told :
“oh sorry, we forgot you, we can now pay you only next month!” –
We asked you already early this week to make sure you will not forget us again.
Yesterday we have been told, payments were processed wednesday and they should arrive any minute.
Well a a lot minutes have been passed now and the money did not arrive in our neteller.I really would not be so upset and post if it did not happen already 3x that you forgot to pay us.
It is not acceptable to then say , sorry we pay you next month.We want the money this month.
So please let me know the status of our payment.

BonusParadise, I don’t appreciate you coming in here and telling people Casino Coins has forgotten to pay you so many times. We missed your payment by mistake in February and it was the ONLY time EVER that we have missed a payment for you.
You were paid in March for the February mistake AND you had a massive negative balance due to a winner of over 15k. As a result of that winner and our no negative carryover policy, you are looking at you biggest pay day EVER from Casino Coins.
I’m really sick and tired of people coming in and ****ting on the Coins thread about stuff like this. Our T&C’s say by the 10th BUSINESS DAY of the month.. that would make payment due on the 16th of April as Good Friday and Easter Monday are holidays for banks.
I will be the first one to admit that sometimes people get missed during the payment process, but I have ALWAYS taken care of it in a timely matter when brought to my attention.
You and everyone else due payment will receive it by Wednesday/Thursday next week.
I’d post this over at GPWA as well since you thought it necessary to copy and paste the same post there, but to be honest I don’t have the time or the patience and would like to get on with my holiday.

Yes, this is great and we appreciate all programs having no negative carry over.
This time the casino and we got luck that player did play all back then.

I did post on the Coins thread something like that the 1st time.I really feel like you acting here like I am anyways not important and should be happy with what I get and just shut my mouth.
Maybe I am misreading it, might be, …Not so long ago, I spoke with my partner what we could do to push your brands a bit more.
Its not that easy for us, since we hardly get any newsletters or updates on promos and tourneys or other specials.
We live in NL and can therefore also not sign up at the casinos to stay up to date on current promos.Now, after your post, I ask myself why should I.
We have many nice programs which we promote and they are all always friendly to us
So we better stick with them.We will also never again ask Sabrina something, to make sure there is no more misunderstanding.

I just plan from the 10th to the 20th – think last month was the 11th but then with this holiday things change.

Besides that you stating “feeling sick and tired about this” does not contribute to your professionalism nor your program’s reputation. Keep in mind who you are dealing with : affiliates that want to promote your brands, businesspartners.
You should be helpful and provide the information when asked for it in a timely manner.
Posting a few lines surely can not destroy your holidays, can it ?
Just for the record : We have to work during holidays too to provide players for your brands or others.

While you may think I over reacted by responding the post the way I did, I feel it completely unnecessary for a post like this to be made by someone, in both CAP and GPWA, making it look like we have done something wrong.
I spoke with Sabrina and she told me that she informed you yesterday that payments would be going out next week. I then wake up to posts saying that we keep forgetting to pay you. You have worked with us for over 3 years and we have missed a payment one time. I find that hardly a reason to go to the forums.
And Inspiration, it is one thing to come in here and ask a question, such as “When will March payments go out” … it is another to say that we had to be chased down for a week to make payment and that we have “forgotten” on numerous occasions to pay when that is clearly not the case.
Had it been a simple question of when payments were being sent, it would have come with a simple few lines saying they were coming next week.
And for the record, BonusParadise I was not bashing you and you like all of our affiliates are important. I did however feel that you were trying to bash us rather than asking a question about when payments were being made… I didnt see what you were trying to accomplished by posting this same message in both forums like we are withholding your payment, other than to make us look like we were doing something wrong.

well, maybe he misunderstood.It was maybe also not right to post it here and at GPWA
but after really thinking we been forgotten I wanted to make sure someone of you sees my post before its to late to get paid this month.I did not want my posts turn out to such a big theater.
I appologize for that and as said already, in no way I did want to bash you down.
There seems to be a bit misunderstandings and I can promise you this will not happen again.Now could we all please forget about and enjoy the Easter
Well, the way i see it, 1 missed payment is one too many, and for the volume that some of the affiliates bring you, it would seem you guys should make an exception to pay someone for the current month that was missed. If I was a casino or an affiliate manager, I would go out of my way to get someone’s payment out, that I or the Payment proccessors simply overlooked, not make them wait a another whole month for something they should have been paid to begin with.
As for the way you came off Payn66, it was not very profressional, and in every line of business people do or say things that piss us off, and we have to bite our tongues and take it. Unless you are in the virtual world where many can simply just say what they want, and show no respect for others. Maybe BonusParadise may have jumped the gun, but after getting forgotten last month, and then thinking she was getting forgotten this month, i can say i don’t blame her.
Now , everyone have a good Easter or Holiday.
