Hey guys,
As far as Canadians are concerned they have access to all payment methods we offer except for Neteller.
For our options refer to:
http://www.casinorewards.com/main/banking.aspWith the US based players there is no ‘magic formula’ as such which allows players to purchase, so there is nothing I can provide you with which will insure players getting purchases through the door.
From our end we are seeing that some of our players are having trouble depositing whereas others do not seem to have an issue. There is no common pattern however to show why one player is able to make a purchase whereas another can’t.cheers,

Yaniv you guys have access to the backend data. You can therefore SEE what is working and what is not.
Here’s an idea…. Why not find out which methods are working and drum roll….. Contact the people who are NOT getting payments through and suggest THEY use the methods/cards/payment mechanisms that ARE working. If you are PROACTIVE then maybe we can get the players playing again.
If your retention team just sits back and says “ehhhh some people can play and some cant, nothing we can do” then many of us will starve.
April 30, 2007 at 8:48 pm #735355AnonymousInactiveAgreed …
:hattip:Come on CR – I can see that some American players are depositing.
so WHAT METHODs are they using ?IF you cannot be arsed to contact people – then give us the general data and well promote it …
But don’t sit there saying everything is wonderful – because for 70% of players it’s not !!!
:plain:if there is a “most effective” method for US player then I want to know what it is !!
April 30, 2007 at 10:21 pm #735373AnonymousInactiveThats a part of problem,
People should not have to “Find” Methods of depositing & withdrawing.
Thats like having a store with a cashier hidden upstairs in the closet.
For new players the process (Especially for those who are new to computing
and internet gambling in general) is intimidating enough. I’m just suggesting
that the methods which are currently working be more prominently displayed
on your websites, perhaps an area which offers explicit instructions can
be provided. And as professor stated getting in contact with players
who may have been shut out, to offer them instructions on new methods._Detector.
May 1, 2007 at 1:58 am #735386biggygMemberI had my most frustrating and disappointing situation this month with a CANADIAN player who won at a Microgaming Casino. He cashed out April 9 and still does not have the money ,despite being told the wire went out , came back and now a second attempt made last week. There sure seems to be alot of problems with some groups in paying. And this player has been emailing our website huffing and puffing and refusing to play until he gets paid.I cant blame him and things like this damage all our reputations and hurt our bottom lines in the end.

Hi all,
I’m as concerned as everyone else. my income is down but I’m wondering if what is meant by the above quote is that the same means for depositing from some areas isn’t working in other areas?

Under all our banking links you can see what methods are/are not available to US based players. What we are seeing is some players being able to purchase using one payment method whereas others can’t using the same payment method — so there are no instructions we can give to insure a player’s payment goes through.
EcoCard and Click2Pay seem to be somewhat more reliable for us, but again this is not consistent.
Our retention team have been making calls to players daily who’s payments are not going through.May 1, 2007 at 8:35 pm #735455AnonymousInactiveOur stats have nose dived as well; I guess money was needed for partying. Something you can count on like clockwork, when a big conference comes around; stats usually tank the month prior to, during and after; take your pick and if you’re really unlucky take several picks.
May 3, 2007 at 1:06 am #735545AnonymousInactiveAfter reading this string it sounds as if depositing/withdrawing isn’t an issue at the other MGS groups and I think it is.. across the board.
May 3, 2007 at 11:30 am #735564vladcizsolMemberNo Daera, its not even across the board. Thats our point.
May 3, 2007 at 12:26 pm #735569AnonymousInactiveWhat I meant was, in my opinion, and as a player myself… it’s not any easier to deposit at other MGS casinos or withdraw.
And I hate to be the oddball here but April at Rewards was my highest earning ever from any program.
May 3, 2007 at 12:52 pm #735570vladcizsolMemberCasino rewards has excellent properties and a well earned reputation of superior player support. As a player I would have no problem playing at any of their casinos.
As a webmaster I feed my family based on the earnings I have. In my case I have seen a 90% drop in earnings with Casino Rewards since January. I wish that wasnt the case because I worked with them for years and really do like them. Daera those of us voicing our concerns about income are sincere. We want to fix the problem so we can get back to normal with CR. I am NOT seeing a 90% drop off in earnings with any other MGS group that still works with US players. So something IS different there. If we can sort out what that difference is and fix it we can all make a lot more money. Casino Rewards included.
I hope people realize we want to fix a problem we are NOT flaming Casino Rewards and we do appreciate all their past support. If we didnt we would just quietly pull their banners from our sites and move on. Thats NOT what I want to do. I want to get back to earning a lot of money with Renee and Yaniv and thats the only reason I bring any of this up.

casino rewards is a steady program for me to as an affiliate. i also play at a few of their casinos once in a while and have no problems depositing, getting weekly bonuses or anything else.
in my opinion, they are the best group for both players and affiliate.
May 3, 2007 at 5:38 pm #735584AnonymousInactiveI have good days and bad days with Rewards. Sometimes I’ll earn hundreds of dollars in one day, and other days I’ll earn 5 cents. Those days are very frustrating.
