April 12, 2007 at 3:58 pm #733773AnonymousInactivei’m having really low figures for april too…up to $49 now…it hasn’t been this bad for a couple of years!
was there something that changed with the casino rewards group in terms of US players? could it be that the no bonus rule for US players got enforced from 1st of april?
April 12, 2007 at 6:11 pm #733798vladcizsolMemberSomething is Terribly wrong this month. It appears that none of my players or my sub affiliates players can deposit in April. I have NEVER seen numbers this low with Casino Rewards.
The only time I have ever seen a similar drop off a cliff in earnings was at Wagershare when the totally dropped all US players. The stats at Casino Rewards are mimicing that, so I assume that they lost all processing capability for at least the US and possibly more markets like Canada.
April 13, 2007 at 4:25 pm #733881AnonymousInactivethis doesn’t look too good. Renee/Yaniv, anything you can clear up for us here?
April 13, 2007 at 6:05 pm #733888AnonymousInactiveAnything would be good here, $30 aint cutting it so far this month
April 18, 2007 at 3:16 am #734299AnonymousInactiveI am also seeing the same discouraging stats. No activity since April 1st, except clicks. This is very unusual. Not even so much as a single registration?? How can that be? :huh2:
April 19, 2007 at 12:01 am #734359AnonymousInactiveHi all
I have been going through many accounts in the last week, looking at affiliates’ US players and seeing what their depositing methods are and whether they are able to purchase etc.
I have found that a lot of US players who were using NETeller or PaySpark or another now banned method do not have an alternate payment method added to their account. Some of the US players who were playing before and are not playing now have alternate payment methods setup, that are useable now, and are simply not playing. Our retention team is working hard on ALL of these players to get them using a different method and/or continuing to deposit.
I have also found that a lot of US players who have no depositing methods setup at all are simply taking bonuses and going elsewhere and that’s why we are (on some occasions) seeing lots of registrations and small play but nothing huge, small amounts of wagering here or there.
Although some other groups are taking any method for US purchases that they can (ie fly by night operations that are gone as fast as they came), we are focusing on finding a method(s) where players can both purchase and cash out that will not be gone within a week of appearing, as we want to maintain a strong name with our players: honest and reliable.
We know it’s a hard time in the industry at the moment, but we would like to encourage affiliates to branch out into other continents to maintain their monthly income. We are very prompt on promotion material. If you need any language banners, currency banners, or something totally different, please feel free to email us with your request [email protected]
I hope this helps with some of the questions out there. Obviously if any affiliates have any questions about their individual stats, you can email me for a report.
Cheers
April 19, 2007 at 3:30 am #734363AnonymousInactiveHi Renee,
Is CR working on landing (splash) pages for the international players? Like BJB in german, italian, french etc.? That might help. It’s getting depressing not seeing any new signups from one of the best programs out there.April 19, 2007 at 3:59 am #734365AnonymousInactiveWe sure are.
Linking codes for French, Italian and German Casino Classic landing pages can be found here: http://www.rewardsaffiliates.com/members/affiliate/linking-codes-language.asp
UK/DK/ES landing pages for golden tiger casino, GTCasino, can be found here:
http://www.rewardsaffiliates.com/members/affiliate/linking-codes-promotion.aspThere are more landing pages in the making and once they are available I will upload them immediately and post on the forums. If there are any requests, please let me know.

April 20, 2007 at 2:50 pm #734498vladcizsolMemberMy income has been totally crushed at Casino Rewards. Even with hundreds of sub affiliates I wont earn enough money to qualify for a payout this month. Something is dreadfully wrong here and until it gets fixed I highly recommend everyone direct traffic to other MGS partners that are able to process payments. I have already started switching banners on my network.
I do think Casino Rewards is an excellent company staffed with top notch people. Renee is wonderful to work with. I did really well with them for years and appreciate all their past support. I do NOT believe they are shaving us or that anything sinister is happening, they have simply lost the ability to process the vast majority of transactions.
Hopefully they will get things back in order someday, but for now they are NOT producing results and any US or Canadian traffic sent their way is a waste.
A note to affiliates who have primarily Non US traffic: Casino Rewards is probably an excellent fit for you. They are a good group. If you have all NON US players and traffic then by all means continue to promote CR. They are a class act.
:unhappy:
