Hi,
There is a major issue with my stats and I did not want to post here but there is no responce any other way.
I have had serveral times that I have loged in and saw earnings only to come back and see it be taken off the stats for whatever reason. Could you please explain this to me via email?I have also experienced the ‘earnings vanishing’ on last day of the month. The traffic report still shows the earnings for the month of october, however the monthly statement is only a fraction of those earnings.

Hi i know nick can answer you better when he’s around. But they stats do go away at the end of the month to start on a new month. Mine go blank on the lat day of every month. Im pretty suer when they run reports or update things, everything goes down and the stats are all wrong. I have had this happen a few times. But if you log in the next day they are usually back to the same thing. As for your commission drastically chaging on the last day of the month, im not sure about that. Never seen it happen on my end. Make sure to look at the actual monthly earning table rather that the traffic report. The traffic report goes up and down and the monthly earnings show you over all time that you have been a member and it is way more accurate. Just look at you net rev for the over all , deduct your chrageback and then get your % and add your bonus. And thats your commission for the month.

Well I wish someone would just get back with me.. Not sure if anyone else is having the same issues and I hope someone has heard something since I posted this.
I am pretty aware of how things go but this is a different thing happening with my stats then the mid/end of month stuff. I am saying that throughout the month my stats would show one thing then go back to my original amount that I have had for a few months. I always start to wonder when I cant contact anyone and they don’t return emails…. ALWAYS a bad thing in this business lol. I hope everything is ok with everyone over there.Hey Guys,

Diceman, I haven’t received an email from you since March 2007, I haven’t got a PM from you since a few months ago and nothing else about this matter recently. I looked into your stats and I don’t see anything going on… PM me or email me so we can talk about this.

What is going on with my September commission payment? I have posted the question on this board, in PM’s to you, and emails and still haven’t received a response. My first email went to you on October 25th and you replied that you would have me an answer at the end of the day. That was 10 days ago and I still haven’t received an answer. I don’t know what more I need to do to get my payment or at least get a response. Can you please let me know what is going on?

I sent you an email back that afternoon saying that your payment would be processed on schedule with the rest of October commissions. The email was sent on Oct 25th.

I never received that email or any replies to the other emails, PM’s, or posts I sent after that, but OK. Also, I’m not sure why I have to wait for my September payment to come in November since you skipped it.
I received a PM from you 2 weeks ago, but responded only to your email, not the PM.
The reason you have to wait is because I’m not going to process 1 check on the 25th of October when I am processing an entire batch this week.
I am working on payments now and I hope to have yours as well as everyone elses out by the end of this week.

As far as the stats go, I guess Ill just send you a screenshot next time if it happens.

the stats on the main window you know, right top, where it says earnings) compared to the ones in the pop-ups (after you click online reports)
is getting more ridiculous every day….Hey elgoog,
I’m not too sure what you’re talking about… the number in the top right corner pulls straight off one of the reports that pop up, namely the monthly earnings report.
Next time you see this discrepancy between what shows in the reports and what is showing when you log into the main page, can you take a screen shot and send it over to me?
