Its a different situation here that was caused due to GEO operational cease of service at the time (Australia).
We apologized for the misunderstanding, but it does not have anything to do with lack of payments that is discussed in this thread.Professional & legit affiliate activity does not meet ANY problems in our program, but the very opposite way around.

If you have concerns share them in a productive way. Were not all perfect and nether are the Affiliate sites, but these comments are damaging.
Be fair and give them a chance. For me Lucky Ace as been very good. Not a single issue!
I have been paid every time. I think they do a super job.
Be fair guys, these one sentence statements dont help.
Express what concerns you but please try and be positive. Help them improve rather than dig a hole for them.

Unfortunately the affiliates that light up these fires with no reason, does not realize that they damage their own selves in the long run. (If someone wants a chronologic explanation of why, PM me).
As a side note: Posting in cap, will not solve any issue to affiliates that used dishonest & not legit affiliate practices.
This issue is being solved in private.

This is getting out of hand on all the affiliate forums. Its usually by affiliates who do not even promote the site mentioned.
I am no saint, in the past i have shared my negative feelings about some sites but it usually had many reasons.
This looks like an attack and any new affiliate who comes here things negatively.
One of the reasons i see this happening is ll the negativity out there the last few months.
What needs to happen in my mind and i have offered my time to volunteer is to have a thread or a formal forum a section if you will.
In this section it will be solely for non payment issues. You may only post in there if you are registered member.
Someone needs to moderate it.
I agree there needs to be an outlet for these issues, but not freely in any forum. Most of time its angry people who jump on the band wagon without even being part of the site in question.
its just troublesome and prevailant all over.
It hurts us all!!

I can add a side note to this – It’s ok to complain if you think you deserve payment that was not made.
But aside to the complaint, back yourself up – Explain your marketing activity that brought the players.

Yeah good point. I sorted meant to say that. I just notice as well people who are not even involved in the site make rude comments. Its not needed!
There are always some bad affiliate sites in the bunch, just as their are some bad affiliates. I am sure you have seen them.
But affiliate sites do not go around on forums and say you sent us bad traffic or your a fraudulent affiliate.
Its just a forum to attack affiliate programs, and no one here does anything about it.
Free to post what you want with no consequence.

you may not like how this forum and affiliates conduct themselves but when others have a problem we tend to share.I don’t really care about the spam issues ,quite a few here do and complain about it.And to steve :

I didn’t see any attacks here ,what programs need to realise is even if ONE of us don’t get paid ,that sends up red flags to all of us.With all the new casinos coming up ,then casinos moving to other softwares and taking our players or shutting down completely (Grand Prive) -we have to exercise caution on who we deal with on revenue share platforms.
We wont deal with any new casino until they are in business at least a year and even then by the one year mark there are enough complaints we will pass anyway.Hey mate i understand what your saying. I really do. Its just when people come on here and jump on the thread with no clue as to whats going on make comments like “same here” or something like ” i knew they were rogue or no good” these kinds of comments.. They are not professional and not needed.

They are a good program, sure there may be payment issues, maybe revolved around something we know nothing about.We just dont know. BUt comments like that above look bad on us as a community of affiliates.
A CAP mamanagement person should look after this if its a serious issue. Not let these posts continue to happen bad mouthing this affiliate program.
Again we are here to work together not sink each to the ground!!
