    We should be happy about the fact that the infamous lack of
    support taking the blame for the massive decreases in our earnings?
    And take comfort in the fact that you say the situation has
    been severly improved?

    I have had an occasion to contact CR support in the not so distant past
    here and I disagree with your assessment of the situation. It has not improved…it may very well be that you have increased the amount of support you have to deal with the customers ..
    but im my opinion…2 days is a long time to wait for an answer to a simple
    password request…especially when there are quality venues out there that provide instant 24 hour live chat….and even support that answers phones which is also something I have never had happen with CR.

    As far as the stuff I was asking from you.. It was before Vegas that we talked many many times about it but I knew you were a bit busy so I said I would talk the rest of the way with you in vegas. The thing is we talked about it before vegas and you told me gthat you would have stuff together for me and you did not. When in Vegas you assured me that all with be taken care of.. Whats this have to do with the rev mod? hmmm Well nothing directly but it does show the ethics behind the people that created it.

    The fact you harp that the company made its decision is a bit of a cop out. I even think in this forum you mentioned that you would have switched someone if they would have showed you the email… What damn difference does that really make? You either take care of the affiliate (and you could according to what I can see, including myself) or you dont. Its clear to me that there are some measures in place allowing you guys to switch anyone back you wanted to. This deal with “well prove it” is really sketchy… However considering you just now said it was not possible. I am confused on that for sure.

    As far as the whole game thing… Bottom line… Are we getting credit for Keno or Scratch Cards?

    Also, I have to say this Ryan, I do play at Captain Cooks still. I opened the account a long time ago so I could track things.
    On july 4th I asked for my comps.. Guess what? No comp chips still today!
    On top of that I sent many emails to customer care and no response. Also the live help button never works.
    So if this is how all my players gaming entertainment experience is I guess I can see how I went from 88 playes to 4. Still dont make me happy. I dont thing any affiliates took the hit I did really.

    Well, I made my point really and dont see anymore need going back and forth. You made some good points to Ryan and all I have to say is that I will give it a chance. Ill put the sites back up and give this thing a few months. I have a high respect for Dominique and if she says this is a solid model then Im gonna take her word for it and take a chance, so thank her on that. Even though she holds the big brass balls and might not have to deal with the little guy issues. hahahaha

    k, I should be getting that beating too.

    I forget people’s names all the time. Or I just don’t connect the face or the name with the web presence. It is embarassing as is, but I sure hope people don’t hate me for it. Usually takes two or three times til it all falls into place and the faces and the names and the web names all become a fit.

    I don’t have an excuse. I just don’t remember everyone. :omg:

    I do have a whip though. ale.gif And I am sure you know I am not scared to use it when I think someone is not treating us right.

    It took me 5 years to get where I am and I sure remember how hard I worked for peanuts for much of that time. Even brass balls could not change that.

    My feedback on the performance of the call center was hardly the point.

    The point, which you didn’t address, was the customer service at the casinos being to blame for our loss of players and income. We have been going over and over all this for some time now…and this is the first time a half-way viable reason has been given to me for this loss.

    I am not at all happy about that…as I am sure you wouldn’t be if my forum was responsible for your loss of income. I guess that would pretty much cover my bad mood you spoke of.

    Do you honestly think I would purposely put myself in this situation with you guys?

    I’m in here nearly everyday trying to help affiliates with issues regarding the wager model and in general.

    It’s obviously a controversial topic, but I’m still in here trying to help, explain, and answer your questions…even when you’re nonsensical, out of line & unprofessional.

    I am a loss to explain what you feel you’re accomplishing by (incorrectly) personally attacking somebody who is trying to help you.

    Guys, this is your friendly moderator speaking.

    This thread is getting out of hand.

    There has been no additional information in this thread for some time, for the simple reason that none exists. It has now deteriorated into personal attacks.

    We don’t like personal attacks at CAP.

    I must ask all of you to stop this unless you have some new information or questions. Obviously this has reached a dead end.

    For whatever reason. players were lost during or after the mapping over. I appreciate your making noise about it, it needs to be brought out into the open and programs need to know that it is not acceptable.

    Unless there is more new information that would be useful for CAP members, please take this privately now. I want to avoid having to move or lock the thread. It is one people should read, especially other affiliate programs who plan to map players in the future.

    Very especially it needs to be noted that, when mapping players to a new system, there needs to be a lot of extra customer service in place. This is an important point for others to know.

    As far as the wagering system goes, I am sure there will be plenty new threads about it in the future. I bet more people will complain during these slow summer months, and maybe come fall we’ll hear some better accounts.

    CR stayed within the bounds of legality by offering an optout, and when that closed and people complained, they offered an additional optout period.

    That is all proper and correct.

    I agree that programs should offer choices. Fortune and referback offer a bunch of choices. I think Brightshare is about to roll out choices.

    Different systems are better for different affiliates and programs. I love the wagering here, I love the percentage of deposits at fortune and slotland. I chose to stay with the old % partnership at referback.

    Just keep your eyes open and your calculator handy and choose what works for you.

    All wagering share models from programs that offer it is doing exactly what was predicted.

    The upcoming fall season is looking good which looks like some serious gamblers are about to take shape. Of all the click through’s – 27% have downloaded – 50% of those has registered and so far 10% have placed a deposit and began wagering.

    I’m looking forward to this fall

    I don’t know, it seems fair to me, why don’t you ask these pinheads like Wagershare to post their total turnover numbers(and i’m only picking on Wagershare cuz i dont like em)

    Really, this is one of the premier places, if not the best, and i’m talking about everything, the affiliate support, selection of marketing tools, casino promotions, etc

    And i like the idea of making money when my players win too, i hated being like a war miser profiting from people’s misfortune, as was the case before

    August was another great month – players are really enjoying playing at the casino rewards network. Although I had about a 60% registration from download ratio, only a handful actually deposited. The fall will prove to be a rewarding season.
