I have problem logging in. I have been inactive for a while and wanted to check the stats but my password didn´t seem to work. I had a new one sent via email but when I tried to use that it said “Your account has been disabled. Please contact the system administrator.”
How come? I can´t believe that.

When an affiliate logs in incorrectly more that 3 times, the system automatically locks him or her out. In cases like these, please contact us via telephone or email, and we can manually unlock your account and issue a new password. This is for your security as an affiliate.

So, in essence does this mean the password reminder service won´t work anymore after 3 unsuccessful logins? It takes more than a day usually to have my unlock request processed if I email to [email protected]
