March 12, 2007 at 2:22 pm #730482JimmMemberHi Marina,
Everything seems to be working just fine our side, but I’ll get our technical team to look into why this could be occurring :tooconfus
What browser are you using? I know that IE7 has caused a few issues in the past…

have a good day allMarch 13, 2007 at 8:34 am #730567AnonymousGuestOk, finally figured it out.
Our dev chap has come back with the following:
“I think the size of the reports you guys (affiliate/ marketing dept) run combined with everyone getting onto the site is affecting the web methods. There’s no quick fix on this right now, but as soon as we can synchro the affiliate database to easynet then we can move the web services to there and hopefully they’ll respond better.
If affiliates attempt to log in seconds apart and multiple times and the system is picking up a valid login, it is not getting time to re-refresh the page and go into the stats.
We’re going to look at the login process on the new site and put in a page that explicitly states straight after they click login that the system is logging them in and please to be patient as there are the month to date reports that have to compile when they log in.”
It is a lot clearer for me as well :clapper: and hope this helps.

have a good day :chearleadMarch 22, 2007 at 1:46 pm #731541AnonymousInactiveI have been unable to login for at least 4 days now –
I’ve tried every hour on the hour and even tried logging in from between the hours 1am until 9am – when web traffic is at its lowest.I have had no success with either Playshare or G3 affiliate site.
March 22, 2007 at 2:26 pm #731550biggygMemberI am having login in issues too which is why your banners are not up Jon LOL.I think i have a cache Problem with my machine ,or I should say my tech guy thinks I do LOL.
March 22, 2007 at 3:50 pm #731569AnonymousGuestThis is very frustrating as I am able to login in both IE and Firefox having scrubbed my machine as well, cleared cookies, cache etc.. The dev guys are looking at the login process and trying to figure out an alternative, but until I hear otherwise I will have to ask that you keep being patient until I get the all clear etc from them
Apologies for this period of pain – if there is anything you need in the meantime please let me know and I will get it to you..
March 22, 2007 at 9:25 pm #731619AnonymousInactiveTry downloading Firefox and logging in with that. That might be a quick fix till you figure it out. It worked for someone else here. I bet you’ll be able to login.
April 3, 2007 at 6:57 am #732808JimmMemberOur techies have made a few tweaks to the engine, and it seems to have solved the login issues (at least for the couple of affiliates I tested with). Please can you check yourself, but be sure to clear the playshareaffiliates cookie first.
May 20, 2007 at 11:18 pm #737429AnonymousInactiveI had those problems but not any more.. However i am having a diferant one now. I cant seem to update my personal info. For one my old email address thats listed their is no longer valid and it says i am from afghanastan when im actualy from us lol anyhow i change it save changes and it reverts back to what was allready their.I have emailed lawrance about it a couple times but presumn he is answering to my old email?
May 21, 2007 at 7:19 am #737446JimmMemberHi there,
There does seem to be a problem with the editing and saving of affiliate details from the PlayShare Affiliates website, although this only seems to be affecting some of our affiliates. I have requested that our development team investigate and resolve this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if anyone requires changes to their account details, they can e-mail myself ([email protected]) or Cherylann ([email protected]), and we’ll take care of it.

May 21, 2007 at 2:11 pm #737479AnonymousInactiveWhem I login I always end up at a page saying “login required”.
So I try to login again and usually I get in the 2nd attempt. However sometimes I need to try 3 or 4 times.
It’s always been like that for me and nothing has changed.
I’m useing IE 7. -
