You shouldn’t have to request a new login, but if that worked for you, that’s OK too.
There were temporary problems yesterday all day with the login, but it seems straightened out now. If anyone continues to have login difficulty, please let us know right away – here or email me at [email protected]
Hope you’ll enjoy the new system – I’ll write more detail about it later today…..

It looks almost the same, but when you click for a report you get a blank report. This is going to cause confusion to people who used those links to get to the reporting system.www

I’m not sure how roboform works, but I just tried to login using your details and it worked OK.
Either you just hit us at a moment when they were working on the servers to solve the login problem a lot of people were having…..
OR it has something to do with the roboform.
Please try login manually and see if this works. And then try the roboform system and see if it works OK – sort of a reset.
Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

I cleaned cookies, etc. Disabled roboform for that log in, but I still get Error:wrong user ID or password so I’m not sure what the issue is. I’ll go to another unit and try later and let you know if it works.
Thanks for trying on your end. I just got a new system and I’ll enjoy it much more once it’s completly setup.

I have been having the same troubles for a few days now I reset the password once only to get the error the next time I want to log in. Not using roboform?
