It seems to me that the US has violated this agreement, after they were so insistent on putting it in place only a few short years ago.

Most of those e-wallets customer service reps are just cocky little snipers hiding behind a computer screen. If a US companies’ customer service department responded like they do it wouldn’t last a year.

I’m assuming that you didn’t watch the video (before it got removed) because that’s what the guy was ranting about ….
:plain:I assumed that it was a parody … because it was obviously a fake “over the top” reaction – and in no way did he record it naturally while reading the emails for the first time.
