August 28, 2005 at 9:53 pm #671885AnonymousInactiveI don’t understand where there is a problem… Maybe I am missing something, but mine have always worked.
Is it just some people’s accounts or the code? I got mine from the site and they work every time. On any browser I have tested.

If you look at the other thread that discusses this .. then it’s clear that it IS a problem.
The testing seems to suggest that once a player/PC clicks on a link and finally gets through (perhaps logging a cookie on the PC ?) … then they always get through.
But until then there are a lot of blank screens appearing …
Are you SURE that your links work for everyone?
Or just that your PC has been through the process ?
:bouncer:One thing that is clear is the redirection / validation system is NOT 100%.
August 29, 2005 at 12:33 pm #671910AnonymousInactiveMy apologies. Wasn’t trying to make my post sound like you guys are doing something wrong… I was just trying to figure out if there was something different in your configuration from mine.
I have been reading the other post.. In fact, I even asked if you wanted me to try your links.
I tried my banners on another PC which has never went to a casino or Brightshare and my banners worked fine.
Is it just certain banners or what? I want to make sure that people are always able to get to the casino when clicking on my banner so let me know.
Thanks.

August 29, 2005 at 1:39 pm #671918AnonymousGuestI finally just switched back to the old code and used text links or served the banners myself.
August 29, 2005 at 2:28 pm #671924AnonymousInactiveMarcia here filling in for Lloyd …
Re: banner codes turning up blank pages
I want to assure you all that we have our Web Developers working on this problem. It’s a bit of a tough nut to crack because we’re getting reports that sometimes the banners work and sometimes they don’t. And the problem seems to have begun just recently – when we haven’t made any changes in the codes.
At any rate, Lloyd will be back on-line later in the week. Hopefully we will have solved the problem by then, but if not, Lloyd will be taking care of this personally.
