If you decide to hire someone to write content for you, then you can find writers at http://www.elance.com.
Why not write your own content? If you’re not sure about your writing skills, it might be cheaper to hire a proofreader/editor than a writer.
Check out Randy’s sites. That should give you a lot of ideas for things you can write about. I’m not saying to copy what he’s done, just to see how he comes up with lots of stuff to write about besides “Here are the top online casinos you should play at.”

(The only 2 sites I have currently that are really content-rich are my Poker Blog and my Online Gambling Forum. Although I do have some webmaster interviews up at my Casino Bonuses site.)
Another way to find ideas for content is to surf some of the more popular player boards, like Winner Online and Casinomeister, and use the topics and questions that are raised in the forums there as springboards for articles. Since people are talking about these issues on forums, it’s safe to assume that someone’s interested in the topic.
