the code has no specific meaning
when you get to be an affiliate with a casino, they will give you a code, you cannot just make you own one

and they will tell you how to add it to your link

Actually those tags are what advertisers use for ppc search engines so they can tell which engines sent which visitors. That helps them to judge the quality of the traffic.
