Guys I know that there are some very emotional issues under discussion, but please lets keep the tone and content of those discussions professional and directed at the points we are trying to fix/address.
When we get carried away and go off on rants like this:
“Fuck you assholes! You guys are full of shit and your probably sleep with goats!”
Then we lose focus of the real issues and come off as unprofessional and rude.
You are welcome to blow off steam down in the free for all area and can curse like sailors there, but up here in the main areas we are going to have to get back to business.
NOTE: Please continue to discuss business issues such as monthly performance (or lack of it), unacceptable terms and conditions etc… Just keep it professional and focused on finding solutions or sharing info. Not an Eddie Murphy diologue.
