MemberHey everyone,
I come from a EU country that has passed a law which makes advertising a foreign casino an illegal thing to do, thus my project to create a big casino information portal in my native language are bit halted until I can get my hands on a off shore company (perhaps somebody wants to do a joint-venture sort of thing?) which will make the whole affiliate business less illegal.
Anyways, in the meanwhile I’m thinking about creating similar casino-information portal for English speaking visitors on a .com domain with hosting located somewhere abroad (US perhaps?) which still de jure will be illegal (since my country’s laws still apply to my and I am advertising a foreign casino), but de facto it won’t be so bad, since it will not target anybody from my country.
So, my question being – is there something I need to watch out for? Because I know this whole business is in a dire situation in US and I don’t want them to confiscate my domain, seize my hosting or prosecute. I will be much of a small fry, but relaying on something like this is a slippery slope, because anybody can be prosecuted.
Secondly – do affiliate companies share your personal data with anybody? Like for example the tax authority of your country? Because that would be probably the only way for them to know that I am engaging in such activities.
Thanks,

MemberOK, let’s forget the second question – that is currently being dealt privately with each and every affiliate company I am interested in.
So I will summarize it like this – which domain registrar (and which LTD) seems the safest at the moment and which hosting company would you recommend?
Thanks.
