In accordance with the revised/new law in Washington State (SSB 6613.SL WHICH AMENDS RCW 9.46.240 AND 67.70.040), the Association of Professional Casino Webmasters will no longer accept any online advertising from internet casinos or affiliate programs managing internet casinos.
The APCW will continue to serve it’s traditional role of supervising audits conducted by third party clients outside of the state of Washington. These audits of the affiliate programs will study:
* Webmaster statistical interfaces
* Product quality assessment’s
* Feedback surveys
* Statistical averages
* Industry news and informationAdditionally, the APCW Magazine (which is solely produced and published in another state) will continue to be distributed at conferences as permitted by law.
Lastly, the APCW regrets that (in our legal interest) we will no longer be able to link directly to the affiliate programs we have been contracted to audit. The parent companies of these affiliate programs should note that the their programs will still be listed on our index page as “Audited Programs”, but no link can be provided at this time.
We are truly sorry for any trouble this may cause, but it is simply out of our hands at this time.
