Ok I understand in many US states operating an online gambling site is illegal. I live in Pennsylvania, and I was wondering is it illegal to own an affiliated site, where u have your own casino name on the site, and the software, but it is just an affiliation that u recieve commission on?

Advertising in the United States is covered by the free speech amendment and there is currently a case against the Deparment of Justice by a portal.
If it is just an affiliate situation and you are advertising some other person’s casino things are as they are for all of us. You cannot, however, own your own real casino.
