We’re happy to look at ways to improve our system, feel free to drop feedback in an e-mail to us directly.
May 30, 2008 at 11:55 am #768909AnonymousInactiveCan always do that, Andre – but to be honest I’d have thought that this forum is the perfect place to discuss how the program works and how it could/should be improved.
Kinda the point of having a forum here, isn’t it?
May 30, 2008 at 4:12 pm #768926greedy4chipsMemberFeel free to post on the forum, that wasn’t what I was implying.
Just that you were having trouble contacting us directly and now that you can, I thought it may have suited you.
Cheers,
May 30, 2008 at 4:48 pm #768930AnonymousInactiveHi Andre,
Do you think you could modify the stats to show earnings on a daily basis instead of only after the month has ended?
Most other programs do it this way. It is true that the earnings can fluctuate on a daily basis. However, I would much rather have this information in front of me each day instead of waiting until the end of the month.
Thanks in advance. :hattip:
May 30, 2008 at 5:10 pm #768931AnonymousInactiveDefinitely. For me, it’s going to mean the difference between front page exposure and being dumped somewhere obscure.
May 30, 2008 at 7:46 pm #768946AnonymousInactiveI’ve been chatting to Income Access (where you can also promote Ladbrokes Casino) about this and other issues.
Apparently, promoting Ladbrokes via IA gives a similar commission structure to promoting direct but with the added benefit of seeing normal daily revenue stats. Quite how Ladbrokes can provide these figures to IA affiliates but not to their own direct affiliates is a mystery.
If the above is correct then it would make sense surely to promote Ladbrokes via Income Access, rather than via their own direct program.

If you want to know the current rev-share then it’s :
Your rev-share tier (25%, 30% or 35% or whatever you’ve negotiated) * by the monthly Revenue/Rake total. What’s hard about that?
As you don’t know your final tier until month end you can’t be 100% sure what number will be applied – although as you sound like you’re starting off with Ladbrokes I assume that applying the 25% rate would be correct.
I assume that is all that Income Access are doing (as I go direct and not through income access) – but it’s only an projected estimate until the month is complete.
May 30, 2008 at 10:40 pm #768957AnonymousInactiveMaybe there’s a misunderstanding here. I’ve only just signed up with Ladbrokes so I’ve yet to see revenue.
Am I misunderstanding this? From what I’ve read in this thread, it sounded to me like there was no way to see ANY revenue stats until month end? You’re saying we can see total revenue but we just have to calculate our own %?
May 30, 2008 at 11:12 pm #768960AnonymousInactiveI also must have misunderstood Andre’s post. I thought that no financial information was provided until the end of the month. If that isn’t the case, then that’s great!
I’m new to the program; I only see zeros right now. Hopefully soon those ugly zeros will be a thing of the past.
May 31, 2008 at 9:15 am #768974AnonymousInactiveRight. I see some light stats in my account this morning but I’m not sure I understand any clearer.
For a start, the stats don’t ‘quite’ fit in the table they’re displayed in so I can’t see everything.
Here’s the stats I have since I started to promote Ladbrokes a couple of days ago:
Clicks: 50
UV: 32
Reg: 11
New Acc: 0
Total Acc: 0
Revenue: 4.93
Earnings: 0.0 ?I don’t know if those stats are US$ or UK£ ‘cos it doesn’t tell me.
I don’t know if there’s a final figure after the ‘earnings’ 0.0 ‘cos I can’t see it in the table (runs under the right-border which can’t be moved or scrolled).
I don’t know how I’ve generated revenue with no converting players.
May 31, 2008 at 2:06 pm #768981biggygMemberI have question on Ladbroke Program. This week I asked André a question .My example to him was If i send a player to you via poker banner and he puts in $100.00 then decides he wants to play casino and drop $500 does this mean i will only get the poker player -he replied that is correct. It was long series of emails so cant post all of it here but this part was very clear to me. Is this the case ,he said they only do hybrid in special cases .I have my fingers and toes crossed we had some communicationbreak down as i just spent alot of time -and money doing 400 pages of content on their brand.
May 31, 2008 at 2:19 pm #768985AnonymousInactiveSo we may have another case of a casino stiffing affiliates for THEIR generated revenue if this assumption of cross-channel tracking is correct.
If so, it won’t be a case of obscure coverage – it’ll be nowt.
June 1, 2008 at 2:53 am #769020AnonymousInactiveGuys,
In absence of a Ladbrokes quick response …
Good news – Seeing your revenue.
Yes you can see the generated revene rake. – on a daily basis – by product (sports / Casino / Poker / Bingo). At 6am (UK time) every morning you can see all the details for the previous day – impressions / clicks / signups / new depositors and revenue and it’s easy to do a quick multiplier (25%-35%) to see your own revenue.
:hattip:Bad News – Products are seperate
Sports, poker, casino and bingo are all treated as seperate channels – and effectively seperate companies. Signing a player in one channel means that’s all you get – one channel.
:sarcasm:June 1, 2008 at 3:33 am #769022AnonymousInactiveThanks for the info, Paul. Up for grabs on my sites – where Ladbrokes was!
June 2, 2008 at 9:57 am #769113Anne-WagerShareMemberGood Morning All,
Thanks to TheGooner for clearing a few things up.
As Andre has said, Daily stats are updated by 6am the following day and will include information on Revenue. If on a Revenue Share, you can then easily calculate your earnings to date based on your account commission structure (all figures are shown in British Pounds). Standard Casino commission being:
£0-5000 (25%)
£5000 – 20,000 (30%)
£20,000 and up (35%)
As previously stated, we calculate your earnings at the end of the month which is why this information will show as zero. The main reason being, fluctuations in earnings can be so dramatic on a day-to-day basis, this will not reflect what you will take at the end of the month. If you are keen to know this on a daily basis then the simple calculation advised by TheGooner can be done.
If this is still unclear for anybody, please do not hesitate to contact us direct with your questions.
Thank you to casinobonusguy for raising the issue of cross product earning. As TheGooner has stated, Ladbrokes Affiliates offer commission to each product individually. So as is standard. If a player signs up for the casino product, you will earn on this product only. If anybody would like to discuss their own commission structures, again please do not hesitate to contact one of the team. My email address is andrew.scott@ladbrokes.co.ukKind Regards
