Hi Guys / Ladies
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your banking page when I checked it today (Zodiac .. can’t speak for all of them) but anyway .. everything looked jake!
not available to US players
was clearly made and understandable. As was everything else on the page.
Quite frankly I was very impressed considering the fact that so many places have lame excuses which they get in email/support responses instead of being right there and up to date.
To those that know I’m a big supporter of CR/RA .. and I guess at this point that that didn’t know … I’m not trying to kiss ass.
And to those that also know me over the years .. know Its not my style to make such a blatant post if that were my goal.
But rather …. I just was truly imrpressed by the upfront and current information available to players.
Well done! (it was refreshing).

Clear and concise.
(although I wish it wouldn’t insist on resizing itself with every click – I know what size I want my broswer window – damn it !!)

:dozing:Hey Gooner
I tested this page and it doesn’t resize for me. I have it maximised though and it does do a strange movement when i click a new link but no resize. Is this similar to what is happening on your end?

No – what it does is try to fit the browser into the entire screen width … annoying on my 24 ” widescreen monitor.
If you try surfing with it dragged into a 800 pixel wide browser (which I do to display 4-5 apps on my desktop) … then you get :
– CLICK
– zoomed window to almost max size.
– drag it back to normal size …
– CLICK
– zoomed window … (etc).February 19, 2007 at 5:20 am #727889AnonymousInactiveOK I am shuddering at the thought of having to deal with that on my screen. I’ll see if I can get it fixed
February 19, 2007 at 5:27 am #727890AnonymousInactiveThat’ll be good.
It’s particularly annoying because the content is actually locked into a 800px wide format … so it sits there centered in the middle of my screen surrounded by a lot of black space.
It seems an issue with the entire Zodiaccasino.com site actually – so probably is an inheritied characteristic.
I can understand wanting to make the screen AT LEAST 800 wide …
But to set it to max screen width is silly.
:lookarounFebruary 19, 2007 at 3:04 pm #727917AnonymousInactiveIt is very annoying indeed, get the programmers on that one; I imagine that was the marketing departments idea. :phone:
I noticed that click2pay doesnt state not available for US players, someone might want to look into that or reconsider it; because I am not so sure its a viable option for those in the US.

nice catch A: I’m surprised (well sorta anyway) I didn’t think of that.
Yes I agree. As long as C2Pay doesn’t have a withdraw button, its really not an option.
February 19, 2007 at 9:22 pm #727983AnonymousInactiveGuys as far as I know, any US player with a click2pay account is still able to deposit using click2pay… I will look into it and if this is not the case, have a ‘not available’ tag put next to it also.
Thanks for the heads up.
February 19, 2007 at 9:28 pm #727985AnonymousGuestHi Renee,
good to see your posts as always.
well the thing is that the players have no way of cashing out. So in the interest of keeping people from signing up for an account they can’t get cash back out of …. (in the states and some other countries too, including Germany as my understanding)
its always best to have a complete upfront policy which I know CR/RA does have .. but point being that its unlikely someone is going to sign up for two ewallets so we want them signing up at the best place possible the firtstime around as I’m sure you’ll agree.
so if nothing else .. and in fact probably best is to say they can deposit using c2pay but if they aren’t already aware .. . there isn’t a cashout button currently available for US players.

Thanks Mate
It has been confirmed that players are still able to deposit via click2pay if they already have an existing account. So if they don’t have an account already, they won’t be signing up to 2 ewallets.
In saying that though I absolutely understand your point in regards to not being able to withdrawal etc so I’ll see if there is something we can sort out on the website.
Give me a couple of hours at least. It’s only 8.30am here now and noone that can help me has arrived at the office yet.
Cheers
February 19, 2007 at 9:42 pm #727987AnonymousGuesttake your time. you’re right, I forgot. no worries they’ll be signing up there.
its a crappy deal for all involved, this not having a withdrawal button. Perhaps you’ll do well pointing out that they can deposit in thru c2pay and withdrawal thru another option.
February 19, 2007 at 11:17 pm #727997AnonymousInactiveOK I have a little info…
Because players are still able to withdraw to their Click2Pay account, it’s not likely that this part will be changed..
Most players don’t pull the money out of their Click2Pay account but instead use this balance to use at our casinos as well as others.
If they win big, and get a large payment they they may want to spend for example buying a car etc, they are able to email Click2Pay to withdraw their funds if it is over $1500. So anything under $1500 the players generally use to play at different places with.So it is still a withdrawal function, but used a little differently than affiliates.
My suggestion would be to have a paragraph on your site letting players know what’s going on and that, while they can use this method to deposit, you do not advise them to use this method to withdrawal.
Sorry I couldn’t help with this one guys.
We have our accounts team working around the clock trying to find new payment solutions for affiliates AND players. We think we have found something long term and will post once we know more information. I think this will calm a lot of harder feelings for affiliates about the payment methods.
Thanks guys.

Sounds like that $1500 limit is a bleeder rule which serves to bleed all accounts which are less than $1500. You cant withdraw but you can deposit; that is unless you get lucky and win more, or lose it all.
So players can deposit to Click2Pay and according to you they can withdraw to Click2Pay, but they will not be able to withdraw the money out of there unless its over $1500 and thats only by special appointment?
Also, not sure how your casinos work but I think a lot of them require players to use the same withdraw option as they used to deposit. Thus a player depositing with a working click2pay would be unable to request a payment by check or epassporte for example.
I’m going to have to check with eCOGRA because this sure doesnt sound like a fair plan to me.
