Hi
We had King Neptunes on the site for years through Tridentshare .. their affil backend vanished a while ago. and I was told to contact Referback for more info and details. That does not seem to work out as planned so I figured I’d ask here.
We have had a Referback account for years and were active up until the point where Referback decided not to accept any Dutch players anymore. Has this been changed? And is there an option to merge our old Tridentshare/KingNeptunes account into the current Referback one?
I did understand correctly that Referback is now the affilaite program for King Neptunes Casino right?
Let me know!

Yes, Referback is the affiliate program for King Neptunes casino now.
All affiliates who had active Trident share accounts either had their players migrated to their existing Referback account or, if they had no Referback account, one was opened for them and their players were migrated to it.
As for Dutch players, Referback has been accepting Dutch players again since the middle of 2008 – so please let me know what you would need from us to facilitate Dutch player acquisition.
All the best,
Shane

You were right! Seems like indeed everything has been transfered into our existing account
Since there is activity in the account I assume there is no need for us to change the affiliate links whatsoever? Let me know!

The only links you will need to change will be those who still have the old Trident Share affiliate tracking.
The correct Referback tracking link for King Neptunes looks like this:
> xhttp://www.kingneptunescasino.com/?s=aff(insert your id here)
