To all our Affiliates
We are proud to say that we have been working around the clock and that payments are on time. Despite all the challenges we completed our payment process today and funds will be transferred to your accounts tomorrow and depending on your preferred payment method will reflect in your accounts during the course of the next few days.
We do however need to point out that there are some affiliates who have failed to supply us with alternate payment details resulting in their payments being withheld. To accommodate these affiliates we have arranged a second payment run for the 14th of January 2007 – so please login before the 13th January 2007 and update your details to ensure that you still get paid this month. The affected affiliates will be contacted by their relevant relationship manager during the course of the next 2 days to assist you in this regard. Any accounts not updated by the 13th will have their balances carried over till next month.
Moving forward we are in the process of investigating payment options for the future and will keep you updated during the course of the month regarding these methods, thresholds etc.
Should you have any questions or concerns your relationship manager will be more than happy to assist.
