The fact is that the player has been getting paid (he said so himself on the Meister), you just have to check. He or she is getting paid in accordance to the RULES he AGREED TO when signing up.

I would also like to add in regards to the maximum cash out the $100 thousand payout client has been complaining so bitterly about; lotteries do the same.

In many gaming institutions, including most lotteries, maximum cash out limits are set. When you win $10 Million, they just don’t hand a suit case with $10 Million to you. You get monthly payments.
