😮Resorting to old tatics I really try to avoid. I received a good dose from Bradon Blum and Ziv. In fact ziv was logged in a couple a days ago, 12:30 A.M from where I am at. My rankings are back now, but it took some work. Not fun working on four hours a sleep a night.
I find a whole whack of these assholes. All the answers are on the 888 thread, me personally am faced with some tuff choices. Do I persue, or just ignore it. I know Dom’s and webzcas sites have been shit kicked around like crazy.

Yep that’s right. A threat of legal action does not sit good with me, hence the retraction.

I am not allowing myself to be open to a lawsuit by him. He used the same tactics with John at the GPWA very recently. This guy is incredibly powerful and dangerous. Check his previous posts on Cap, go back to mid 2004, one of them is very telling. Whereby he mentions he spoke to an engineer by the name of Matt at Google that he personally knows – Anyone guessing it is Matt Cutts?
Ziv is a regular speaker at SEO Conferences and is extremely well connected.
As for the bowling Dom, your site is far too strong to be google bowled, that is a fact. For the record I have thousands of pages all with .pl domain utilising my content at the moment.
The way to tackle this problem, is to concentrate on the programs that allow him to promote them. Tonight has proven that to be the only course of action to take.

Well, I am still not exactly sure what happened, but you can rest assured that you do have many friends in the industry. I wouldn’t have sat with you and the G&C crew in Miami if I didn’t like you.
Somehow, we need to get this Ziv guy out of the industry. Somehow, we need to prove that he is the one behind all of this. I didn’t have a chance to see Webzcas’ post and subsequent retraction… I suppose there wasn’t enough proof to nail him?
