while i’m not finished, i’ve taken significant steps towards making my sites compliant, in so far as there are no listings for programs that will accept US players. i will not find myself in the position of aiding a US citizen in their quest to gamble online.

so, i now fully expect there to be no enforcement of the new law whatsoever.

    just for the record.

either that, or someone will see a partyPoker ad on one of my sites and a flashBang will go off outside my bedroom at 4:30 am on saturday. followed by a rush of gentlemen that aren’t interested in conversation.

What I hear from my lawyers, one only needs to block the states that actually have it illegal.

But how do you do that Dom? Is it enough to say on the page

If you reside in one of these 8 states don’t click here.

That helps and will be done on G&C.

So far all I hear is legal opinions but not yet solutions.

What I do hear is still a bit scary.

But lawyers need to make sure no one gets hurt first, or they are out of a job.

Then they chew the stuff until they come up with solutions.

    Everything is half baked now…

If the casinos are blocking deposits from residents of those states then the law cant technically be violated can it?

No deposits = No Gambling = No Violation
