Ok I am the dummy who bought http://www.onlinebingofinder.com from awe53/awesomebingo aka roger and donna atkinson .
Well it has MY name and contact info on the WHOIS but this guy still has control of the admin as this is one of 4 sites.But 1and1.com said it belongs to ms.morgan and Roger and Donna may have control but they cannot legally sell it.So he did domain transfer on soemthing that was not even his.I will give it back to legal owner as soon as 1and1 puts her in contact with me.
There are affiliate tags on there from CAP members , Should I get them involve in this ? The site is only 2 weeks old and although he ripped content , he did take time to put his own tags in there.I dont care about the $150.00 he got from me but I do want to stop this scam before more victims are hurt.
Any advise? There are Revenue Giant ,Casino Partners and Casino Pays to name a few.
krysyall2 from CAP is the prime mover in this scheme. I find three others also taking part. I would for sure take some action, I believe they have stolen a domain.

Yea Donna tried selling me a different bingo site, it looks just like the site you bought. I just got a bad feeling about the whole sale so I backed out, glad I didn’t purchase it now.
Definitely tell the aff programs.
Also tell the people whose sites have been stolen if you can.
I am sorry it took me so long to pick up on this, there were so may sites for sale lately it didn’t ring any alarm bells for a while.

I feel sorry for you bonusguy that you had to be the one to set the precedent. But I guess it can´t hurt to learn early on that this industry requires the average webmaster to be more alert and professional than most other industries in the www.

Roger/donna emailed me to say the legal owner is their daughter in law who buys domains for them with her credit card.This may be so ,they also said they paid somebody at getafreelancer.com to make this site for them .I really dont know except I do know it will be a very long time before I do anything with this domain if I do own it.
I am the first to admit that my website I built myself is not the best looking one ,built with my limited knowledge of frontpage while my 3 yrs old is trying to eat candy from a candy bracelet they make me wear or while i am flipping browsers from thisisdanielcook.com to frontpage but it is all mine and I am proud of it.
I have been looking since august for a good site to buy ,good in content but also good in reputation. I think I found it with http://www.garysmomsbingopage.com
Donna also encouraged me into putting amigo bingo on the new website(garysmoms) ,I need a new avatar because i must really look stupid lol

I am sorry been busy for awhile and did not see this post. I assure you I have nothing to do with these bingo sites.. This person did email me using name ( joe ) wanting a template built xxxhttp://www.bestonlinebingogames.com, which I passed on to graphics guys and that was last time I had contact with this guy. I have asked them ( graphic guys ) about the domain above and they had no idea site even existed. So not sure what is going on here.

I still feel like i got hit by a truck with this thread, you all seem to know so much more about this donna/joe/krystall/roger issue.
Last night my tech guy Ron made arrangements with Roger to switch http://www.onlinebingofinder.com to Ron’s hosting company and registration is now Private .We are leaving it up for now as Roger/Donna/joe sold it to us .But I am still doubting if they legally had the right to sell. I sent 1and1 a letter via registered mail to ask them put me in contact with katerine morgan. I can’t do anything with the domain in terms of developing content until I am sure of my legal position .I just went through the process of legally acquiring a website from a professional .There was a contract , confirmation from her hosting company that she owns it ,all sorts of data exchange .Roger said send me 150 and here is the log in and it is yours . I am still kicking myself but I learned what not to do the next time i do buy an existing website.
Your quite welcome this was vey much a team effort. I hope in the future it does not happen again.

I am new to the webmaster side of things but i have been involved in the bingo industry for 10 years.I use to be a mod on a few bingo boards ,I use to be into this alot.The only reason i even focused on making money is because My husband has MS and we realise that he cannot work forever.So we are investing in websites in the hopes to create a income from home for both of us.Ihave paid 5 figures for websites , you know i just bought barb’s site and #1 on msn doesnt come cheap.why would i want to associate myself with Stolen stuff in the same time I made the biggest bingo score that has been available online in the past year?
It has nothing to do with the money ,if you are innocent go into cap and defend yourself and prove it.If ripping off legit sites are what you do then you will not be making much money .what is the story of ballbingo? you have copied their entire website .Do you own it?
Roger you can answer my questions here .All i know is if i was a victim liek you claim to be I would be posting my credit card receipts emails and all the proof i could get my hands on to prove getafreelancer.com and the individual you paid ripped YOU off.
