I’m been promoting them, and I’m not quite certain that they offer to US players. Does anyone know?
Thanks.
February 1, 2007 at 6:04 am #725229AnonymousGuestHi,
check out their T&Cs more closely before you decide to promote them or any place that has the gall to use such tactics
Inactive clients:
VIP Profits merchants agree to do everything possible to encourage a first deposit from all players that you refer exclusively at the merchant that you referred them to for 30 days. If the client fails to make a deposit after 30 days, the merchant reserves the right to market any other brands in the group to these players and affiliates tracking will not be applied.2.
Active clients:
VIP Profits merchants agree to do everything possible to extend the life of your clients for as long as possible while they are playing exclusively to the brand that you have referred them to. Any client that lapses in activity for 60 days or more may be marketed one of the other brands in the merchants group and affiliate tracking will not be applied. Merchants understand that some players are seasonal, and these players will of course be remarketed to under their affiliate-referred account during the appropriate seasons.February 1, 2007 at 6:25 am #725230triplecrownMemberI’ll pay more attention to the TOS’s.. For some noob reason I thought most affiliate programs in the industry adopted the same general TOS’s.. (as I mentioned in my PM).. lol.. go ahead and laugh.. I deserve it..
Cheers!

all US players are acceted…
Only exception is the Poker room//BB1, have you ever worked with us?
I know you won’t now, but do you have any idea how well our affiliates do?Again, the Terms “issue” was resolved at the satisfaction of the CAP members, except a few.

The Professor has clearly stated that the terms are NOT predatory.
February 1, 2007 at 7:19 pm #725343AnonymousGuestMario I refer you to this thread: in particular Dom’s post.
if that has been changed, then you’re on the right track but as of now: i’ve heard no reason to think you’ve changed your Terms.

February 1, 2007 at 7:22 pm #725344AnonymousGuestps Mario.
I read the rest of the thread you gave a link to: apparently you have not.
doesn’t seem to read to me that most affs at CAP are happy with current situation.
also note: I’m not picking on you just to be make your program a target.
I’d be just as quick to point out when you’re terms are aff friendly.
