I was over at a friends house and they were going to sign up to Party through one of my links. After she signed up(but hadn’t deposited) she received an email to verify that she had signed up to Party Poker. The email also offered her a sign up bonus up to $150 with a deposit code other than mine.

My question is if she had taken advantage of this offer by them, would she still be tracked to me? She signed up through one of my links, and in creating the playmoney account she used my sign up code, but my question is would using this other bonus code override the other two methods of linking her to me?

I have seen this asked before and the response was that the player is yours because of going through your link, even if they take the email offer.

There are a lot of odd things about PP. Like letting some other affiliate comp our free players and taking them out of our account after a time period if they are playing for free.

That is very, very odd and Satya was never able to clear it up for us.

I am still advertising them but I am very uneasy. I hope we will get someone to answer questions here real soon. If not, I will pull them.

You will not lose the player. PartyPoker sends out a Deposit Bonus Code, which is different than a SignUp Bonus Code. As long as they use the SignUp Bonus Code, you will not lose the player.

In another thread it said that another affiliate, who is equipped to make sure that the player deposits, will get your free player.
