I have heard from more than one source Febuary 2007.
I just can’t see that happening. NETeller would basically be saying that they are throwing in the towel with their business.
With the new Congress in place, there will be less impetus to implement UIGEA, especially when the Banking industry tells government what the cost will be to implement (if in fact, it can be implemented at all). This law will become Can Spam Act II, IMO. It was passed by the Republicans as a last gasp effort to win votes and to pave the way for their Las Vegas constituents going online.
If Congress hadn’t gone Democrat, I probably wouldn’t feel the same, by the way.
