This may be stupid question but I’m alittle fuzzy on the legal aspects to internet gambling so if someone could help me out on this it would be appreciated.
Is it legal to market online casinos as an affiliate in the United states?
How do most affiliates handle the issue of paying Taxes?

No one knows what is legal and what isn’t.
What we do know is that some politicians have tried to pass a federal law against online gambling for years, year after year, and it never passes.
Yet the Department of Justice is stong arming large advertising outlets and banks to cease and desist from advertising online gaming outfits.
There still are TV ads etc. out there for gaming outfits.
In most european country its not legal to promote online gambling (sportsbook – poker – bingo – casino – lotteri – horse ) :dafingers
