Greetings!
We all have seen posts with doubts concerning negative carry over issues, so let’s try to compile that information for all CAP certified programs, in an easy place for everyone to see.
The “Negative carry over thread” links to each reply. This will take a while, but it’s time well spent. I like organized information.
This way we will easily see which programs understand negative balances as advertising costs, and don’t carry over.Questions:
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
4) Any restriction?
Thank you for your reply!

Yes we do carry over negative balances.
2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
We are able to do this but only with consultation with the affiliate.
3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
Yes the webmaster can request this via his/her account manager.
4) Any restriction?
Our affiliate team will do everything in their power to make sure the service given to webmasters/affiliates is of the highest standard, if there are restrictions of any sort then this would be thoroughly explained to webmasters/affiliates.
Whist understanding that we are also a business, we are very proud to be able to offer professional, sincere representatives that are focused on creating long term partnerships rather than focusing on short term results, dedicated in helping you achieve your long term targets and goals.
Warm Regards

He has a lot of class and is always available to me. Regarding the neg carry over, I had a situation and Johathon was more than willing to work with me. Im just really impressed with their program and its a pleasure to do business with them.

September 22, 2006 at 9:11 pm #707050AnonymousInactiveHave you tried the Live help on their aff site?
Appears to be staffed during working hours their time.
I found them also to be very responsive and more of a partner.
September 22, 2006 at 9:24 pm #707052AnonymousInactiveNo I have not. Thanks for that.
