    Dear Ellen,

As you may already know, from now on IntertopsPoker.com will be run by PartyGaming Plc. As a result of this, your current affiliate agreement with us, Intertops, is hereby terminated in respect of poker commissions only. In accordance with our standard terms, you will no longer receive referral fees in respect of activity from today’s date on the current basis and all of your regular poker commission owed to you to this date has already been paid to your account.

We would like to stress that this development does not affect your commission with other Intertops products such as Sportsbook and Casino as the changes only relate to Poker. We would like to express our appreciation of your work with us in the past. Our cooperation has always been a success and we would be happy to continue it with you.

As a gesture of good faith – to show you that we want to keep you as a future Affiliate – we would like to offer you compensation for possible future loss of revenue from players you have referred to us so far for poker.

The sum of xxxxx USD will therefore be transferred to your account.

In addition, we are working on a new commission structure that will be announced to you soon in relation to future poker revenue.

Just to repeat, this Poker development will not change anything as far as commission for Casino and Sportsbook is concerned.

We are very excited about being able to offer you a great new deal in the very near future!

We will be happy to answer any additional questions you might have. Please contact us at [email protected].

    Warm Regards,

    Intertops Affiliate Team

Yep, and to be honest, the figure they compensated us with was worth about 1 year of our poker earnings on average, so we’re not complaining. BUT then again, if we’re losing those players completely, we could of made 10x that in a few years. It’s better than most programs would do that’s for sure!
