Hi Roman…
I received a payment to my intertops card a few days ago and as of yet, am unable to withdraw the funds via ATM machines. I understand this is a problem which is being looked into; but I would like to know if you can just reply to this thread when the problem is resolved.
I was out of town when I tried to withdraw the payment and thus, was not aware there was a problem. I tried to call the service number from my cell phone; but the recording kept saying that my card number was invalid. I attempted to withdraw the cash from various ATMs (thinking I was doing something wrong or there was something wrong with the ATM) and I’d really rather not accrue anymore fees for failed withdraw attempts. In reality; I don’t feel as if I should have to pay any fees; as this was a problem on the cards end; not my error in inputting the information into the ATM; or not having the funds to withdraw. I will make no more attempts to withdraw the funds until I hear of a resolution.
Thanks, Roman!

June 16, 2008 at 9:22 pm #770277AnonymousGuestNot looking good, just recieved this email,
Dear Customer,
As you may be aware, the ICC system has been encountering problems during the past few days, preventing customers from cashing out their funds.
We at Intertops have been working with our card provider to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, the situation is beyond our control and this method will no longer be available as a payout option.
We want to ensure that you receive your winnings as quickly as possible; therefore, if you have unused funds on your ICC Account please send us a screenshot of your ICC online statement, showing your balance and full account history to date.
Once verified, we will arrange for your funds to be re-credited to your Intertops account to enable you to request an alternative withdrawal method.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.
Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to receiving your document at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,

Thank you Intertops for a quick resolution!
Now to find another withdraw method that doesn’t take forever or charge outrageous fees!
June 17, 2008 at 10:28 pm #770382AnonymousInactiveDid anyone get a timeframe on how long it would take before the funds are transferred back into our player acts?
June 18, 2008 at 1:06 am #770395AnonymousInactiveI already got mine back Bud. Took about a day from when I sent my screen shots in.
June 19, 2008 at 12:19 am #770503AnonymousInactiveI think I might have done this wrong, I more or less did the copy paste thing. Can someone please tell me how to do a screenshot.
Thanks,
June 19, 2008 at 3:31 am #770514AnonymousInactiveTo take a screenshot of your PC desktop, simply press the PRINT SCREEN key on the top right of your keyboard. Then go to your programs/accessories and open your PAINT program. Then press the CNTRL key and while holding that down also press the letter ‘V’ key. (or go to edit on the top of the screen and click on paste) this should paste the image of your desktop. Then click on FILE and SAVEAS. Give it a name and maybe save it as a jpg file to your desktop so you can find it easy.
June 19, 2008 at 5:58 am #770520AnonymousInactiveThanks fot that info, I am going to send Intertops another email tomorrow.
