Links-Swapper said the PR of my site is 0.
How can I improve the PR of my site?Your help is very appreciated.
August 23, 2004 at 1:51 pm #653794AnonymousInactiveHow long has it been around? Have you entered it in the search engines?
August 23, 2004 at 1:57 pm #653795AnonymousInactivea year a so.
The site had 30 visitors / day in the best times.
Now 1 or 2 since a few days.
August 23, 2004 at 2:26 pm #653798vladcizsolMemberWhat is your site cat?
August 23, 2004 at 2:41 pm #653800AnonymousInactiveAugust 23, 2004 at 2:49 pm #653802AnonymousInactiveI like the domain, but you sorely need some content.
August 23, 2004 at 2:54 pm #653805vladcizsolMemberI appears you are being penalized by Google. You are showing a PR 1 on sub pages and PR2 on your main index. Generally on a non penalized site of your age you should be a PR4. I would closely examine your “link partners”.
I am going to copy this thread down to the Search Engine Optimization area, I am sure you will get more feedback on this question down there.
August 23, 2004 at 3:04 pm #653813AnonymousInactiveyou mean looking for banned sites?
I mixed keywords and description at the new sites but have recognized that when the SEs have indexed the pages.
I have written the keywords in the descr meta tag and the descr in the keywords meta tag.
Not for any purpose of course.Do you think they would penalize me for that?
My domain had around 20 sites. The other about 40 sites have been added before a month or 2.
Can this be a reason that the traffic dropped?August 23, 2004 at 8:15 pm #653827AnonymousInactivePR2 is not PR0, so you aren’t as bad off as link swapper said you were.
But to raise your PR you need more links from good quality sites.
Your meta tags say something about no cache which is not a good idea for a site like yours. The cache being shown (the content you are being ranked on) is from March:
http://66.102.7.104/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&q=cache:http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cyberspace-casino.com%2FWhy your traffic dropped could be for any number of reasons. If you don’t know where the people were coming from, you need to get a statistics program.
August 23, 2004 at 8:46 pm #653828AnonymousInactiveThis is a pretty decent stats program. Signing up is free, just copy and paste the html at the bottom of your website.

August 23, 2004 at 9:27 pm #653833AnonymousGuestthanks Ant.
I am pretty sure the last time I got a link to the current place I use, it was in here from the Prof.
but I’ve learned that free stats sites sometimes don’t last forever, and its a great thing to have ready backup and I’ve had that in the back of my mind for a while now.
problem solved. Thanks for that post.
August 23, 2004 at 10:18 pm #653837AnonymousGuestHere’s a nice, invisible and free web stats:
http://www.phpee.com/index.php?node=21
I’m just now giving it a try, so I can’t rate it yet, although a friend of mine uses it and loves it on his site.
He also set it up for me when he came over to talk about advertising casinos. I think I got the better deal as far as information exchange goes.
Thanks, Gamesdex
I’m no Mysql geek at all.
I have also used, and am still using somewhat, addfreestats.com, but I have grown weary of the popups on their site.
August 24, 2004 at 11:24 am #653862AnonymousInactivethanks for your feedback.
My host has a statistics program.
Who likes to exchange links with my site http://www.cyberspace-casino.com to give it more quality?
Please send me an email.cat
