Important Affiliate Changes
After listening to affiliate concerns and having discussions in detail with some members of the affiliate community Cirrus Affiliates will be implementing significant changes that will benefit all of you. The changes will be effective March 1st.
No Carry Forward of Negative Commissions
Cirrus Affiliates will stop carrying negative commissions forward to the next month. This means at the beginning of each month all affiliate balances in the negative will be cleared to zero and given a clean slate.
The only condition we ask is to see genuine traffic activity in the affiliate account during each month.
Limited Promotion of the $25 Free Chip
Cirrus Casino will have limited promotion of the $25 free chip and coupon code is no longer displayed on the site. This will still be available to the player. If any of the affiliates choose to promote the free chip offer you are free to do so.
Fresh Monthly Creatives
Cirrus Affiliates will make a genuine commitment to provide fresh creatives in forms of banners and mailers on a monthly basis with the latest monthly theme, as we have been doing in the past. If anyone requires special creatives then we are more than happy to assist.
Chargeback’s clearly explained
Should a player chargeback, the referring affiliate will be able to see the player information if he/she wish so they can verify it by a third party (Payment Processor or RTG). All they need to do is email [email protected] or [email protected] their affiliate account and we will be more than happy to send you the chargeback information.
