    Hi,
    January commission results not paid yet.
    This happens because VegasPartner forgot to update in the necessary time our payment method change request (that I’ve switched to NETELLER in january, as you can verify).

    at this time we only get commissions for february, the old bank account has been closed in december so january commissions payment wasn’ t made via wire nor via Neteller!

    I’m here to ask you a lil more help to fix this problem, eventually send me the full transaction details and I will go back to you with our account closure declaration from the bank, or even with our full Neteller statement to ensure you that we haven’t received the due amount.

    Hello,

    I have checked on our payment file and the of $1,524.42 was sent to your NETeller
    account. I have request for copies of the transaction from our finance division, once
    I have the transaction particulars I will forward them to you.

    If your commission bounced I would have heard about it already and would have
    contacted you to make alternative arrangements.

    I will try not to keep you waiting for very long, and we are dealing with this as a
    matter of urgency.

    Hi,
    please note that my total commissions for JANUARY wasn’t $1,524.42 but $2063.

    You paid $1562 for February commissions.

    I have to ask you to deal with in short times, also because, as anyone knows, USD/EUR breaks below level everyday, and a late payment means to me substatial losses.

    If any and all outstanding commissions will be sent to you today,
    I do apologise for the delay. I had your payments marked as paid,
    we weren’t notified by your previous bank that they had bounced
    until we enquired about it.
