iGameFriends Update Many Terms including retroactive negative carryover

SUMMARY: This one was a mess mostly due to the changes from Entraction to IGT and then subsequently to Microgaming Poker. However, they are implementing negative carryover, retroactively and this is not friendly towards their current affiliates.

Rakeback
2.11. Any “rakeback”, cashback/rakeback”, other than as described below in clause 2.13 – 2.21, is strictly forbidden within Entraction Microgaming Poker Network

2.13. The maximum rakeback cashback allowed within Entraction Microgaming Poker Network is 30% on the condition that player is not gaining 30%. from Instant cash loyalty program Bonus.

Exclusive Promotions
2.21. The Affiliate shall inform iGame about any upcoming race exclusive promotion for approval at least 20 days prior to the launch. iGame reserves the right to forbid, cancel or withhold payments of any exclusive/private promotions without giving notice to the Affiliate to at any time before and after launch of  such race, extra promotions or if it is not approved by Entraction IGT Network. Any exclusive/private promotions need to be confirmed and approved by iGame before a promotion is launched by an Affiliate.

Bonuses
2.23. Betting signup and reload bonuses shall not exceed ?50 100 and 10100% of the deposited amount. The minimum wagering requirements is 3 12 times of the deposited amount and bonus amount sum with the minimum odds of 1.50. The deposited amount plus bonus amount and winnings are locked in the betting account for 30 days after the deposit.

Fraud and Bonus Abuse
3.7  iGame reserves the right to withhold affiliate payments and/or suspend or close accounts where affiliated customers are found to be abusing any of our offers or promotions whether with or without the affiliates knowledge. Such situations to include but not be limited to different customers betting both sides of an event or market so as to limit risk and claim bonuses

Negative Carryover
3.6 If the total commission in a specific month from sportsbook is negative, this negative commission amount will be carried forward to the following months.

Players and VIP Points
2.22. The maximum ratio allowed for poker signup (first deposit) or reload (second and so forth deposit) bonuses is ?0.1 for 1 VIP-point earned.

2.24. The exchange of VIP-points Loyalty Points to cash or “cash-a-code” is forbiddenallowed as the only cashback form. VIP-points Loyalty Points can also be used as payment for online tournament buy-ins and other network related features, but the value of 1 (one) VIP-point in this case shall not exceed ?0.01 (100VIP = ?1 buy-in).

No Deposit Bonuses
. 2.25. Non-deposit bonuses (instant bonuses) shall have clearing or wagering withdrawal requirements as ?0.1 for 1 VIP-point for poker and 30 times for Casino. 2.26
SUMMARY: AGD has already marked iGameFriends as Predatory due to their Minimum Player Rule, Dormancy Clause, and Termination Clause… so the changes to negative carryover just cement the fact that they are not to be trusted (IMO).
