In website there is written :
In the calculation of Commission where Net Win is negative due to Customer winnings and/ or Non Cash Items and/ or Cash Items and/ or Progressive Contributions said balance will be set to zero.
What is happened to me ?I’ll explain with one example
Untill May : my earn 150 $
Jun : ( there is one that win ) – 200 $* ( does it set to zero ? )
July : my earn 25 $The total is – 25 $ !!!!!
is it right ?
Strange thing :
Usually the player win or lost few money 30 $ or 50 $.
In Jun there was one player that lost much money, but like combination in the same month there was other player that wins Much money. One Question :
Do you do retention with player ?
September 29, 2008 at 12:10 pm #780134AnonymousInactiveas far as I can say for our traffic, their retention rates are one of the best across the board of MG casinos. they sometimes milk our players like there is no tomorrow.
they also don’t bundle losses, so if one casino is in negative, you still get full commissions from the other casino. cant say that this is available with many other programs.
September 29, 2008 at 12:20 pm #780135Rachna06MemberHi Webin,
We are not cheating you, the reason a negative was carried across was not a result of a winner but as a result of a charge back made by the bank.
Kind Regards

September 29, 2008 at 3:05 pm #780160AnonymousInactiveI trust them but their session tracking is very old school. They should definitely implement cookie tracking.
