This is strictly confidential as I Do like Ryan and don’t want to cause any problems. I noticed that our stats for the poker room are way off and we show no real players after months of promoting them. This is the ONLY poker room we promote and show no players much less profit. I Was just getting ready to pull them down and decided to email Ryan. His reply was:
I have discovered an error. I have contacted our software provider and will let you know as soon as I have some information. I will not keep you hanging. I will let you know if it is the smallest tid-bit if information.
I know it’s not his fault and I will work with him on this, but I thought you good people should know if you’re promoting the poker room here and don’t show any activity, email Ryan w/o mentioning I said anything please. It may just something with our link, but just in case…..
I’ve been telling them for ages that either they are getting screwed by Crypto; or else they are screwing us, whether it is by plan or not;
I finally gave up and just went thru intercasino who has no aff support that I have ever been able to capture; but at least showed a better profit than did Focal.

It does appear to be that way for sure!
We promote Intercasino Poker as well and get anywhere from 5-15 new reals a month.
I still want to give Focal a chance to “fix things”, will definitely let everyone know the outcome.Well, after waiting all this time and still not hearing anything from Ryan, I emailed yesterday to see what’s going on. Received an email from Frank that Ryan is no longer with them and he’ll work on it. Also he just made me aware of a link going to Sands that is an old link and not even our affil. id!
Giving Frank some time on this will let you all know…I find that my focal click poker goes into my sands account. But in the stats, if I look at the monthly by member, I find I can see who is actually in poker and who is at the sands.
They have some software screwup where it credits to the wrong property and this is not something Frank can fix himself – so he depends on the programmers at Peak I believe to get it fixed. It seems to be an elusive bug as they have been trying for some time.
Anyway, I can see what’s what in the member stats.
The problem we have is that all our poker players are being credited to someone or somewhere other than us, it’s not even showing up in the casinos stats. This was the problem Ryan was working on with Crypto…

I make very good money with iGlobal and Microgaming poker rooms, but I do terrible with Cryptologic poker. Never made a dime with Focal Click. A couple bucks with William Hill….
Based on everything I have heard I would say their poker is not competetive with others on the market from an affiliate standpoint.
Yep, I agree with you. But InterCasino Poker gets us a small paycheck each month. Would be nice to know where all our poker players went at Caribbean Poker LOL
This is odd. You don’t see them in the statistics by member section either?
It’s not odd since Ryan had admitted there was an error and that our players are showing up elsewhere…he said he was working on it with Crypto to adjust our players to our account. Haven’t heard back from Frank yet but there is definitely a huge mixup with our poker players. They have been going to someone elses account or something, not quite sure yet, just was told that yes we do have poker players but yet we show 0, not a one.
I just looked again – you can track the poker even better if you look at the stats by month. Then click on the number of players next to the month you want and it shows where they were. My pokers show well. The error with the Sands is obvious there – the players show under poker with the $$$ and the Sands also shows under them – but empty.
I am too nontech for that sort of thing – but some people seem to have a lot of problems getting bugs out of stats. Fortune has been messing around for a long time too – and ended up starting from scratch.
I have been really stumped regarding this Poker conversions as well. I do consistantly well with Party Poker (I global) but have ZERO results with other and have tried several.
Prof can you give me the name of the Micro Gaming poker site that is doing well, I don’t believe I have tested any of theirs.

Micro – I like the ones from fortune. Really wonderful retention – never had anyone move on – and decent conversions too.
I do well with Casino Rewards and lately Vegas Partner and Fortune have been producing good results too so it seems like Prima Poker is decent with any of the larger MGS groups.

If you have not tried Absolute Poker yet, you really should. They’ve passed Party Poker for us in commissions for 2 straight months, we do VERY well with them. As for Microgaming Poker, we do the best with Referback, GSN, Fortune and CPS.OK, update on Focal and the poker room…..Frank has figured out the mystery, we had the poker room links set up under Dean’s acct. which we thought all were under mine. Soooooooo we do have players in the poker room, but we’re set up by check and the min. is $250 which we haven’t hit yet.
Ryan could of explained this to me and figured it out sooner and it wouldn’t of caused all this bitching!!!!
