Good Morning IA,
I’ve sent several emails to IA and have yet to receive any kind of response. I used the email address on the IA site ([email protected]) which I’ve used successfully before. I haven’t received any bounce or unable to deliver notices either. Should I assume from this that I need to use a different email or am I just being ignored?

[email protected]These are the only email addresses on our site. Did you forward your email to one of these?
We have not received any emails from the email account you have within your Income Access account.
