Hi Guys,
I have had a lot of advice after getting my site reviewed on this forum.
Part of that advice was to get some Casino links into my site.
I hadn’t really considered Casino, but there seems to be a lot of interest in it, so thats what I am currently doing.
My questions are:
1. Is it best to keep with established names like B365 and Betfair, ones that I am already using on my site?
2. If not, how does one pick from the millions of companies out there?
I’m still learning the basics so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

I’m sure other site owners will have their own take on this but I’m being totally biased so I’ll be cheeky and say go for option 2, then choose someone with a really nice Affiliate Account Manager like me :wink-wink
Seriously though, I like your site and would be very interested in having our banner on your casino page (my site is http://www.primecasino.com). If you’re interested please contact me for more details, kim@primegaming.com
Best of luck,
Kim

Definitely go for a well established company – you want to know that you are going to get paid your commissions at the end of each and every month (for the lifetime of your players!) and the risk is much less with a well-established company. Of course I have to throw in a little plug here…Paddy Power has been around since 1988 so you could say we are well-established Minus the gray hairs!
I agree with Kim too, there’s no point being an affiliate of a company thats programme is under-resourced or just plain lazy. There’s no harm in shooting around some mails to companies you’re looking at working with and seeing what the response time is like. Without trying to blow our own trumpet again Paddy Power has a team of 4 dedicated Affiliate Managers so you will be very well looked after.
Speaking of which, if you would like more information on our programme, please PM me or email me at jroche@paddypower.com – I’d love to see PP on your site! We have a great new sign up offer for Casino Affiliates at the moment..you may have read about the Paddy Trebble..?
October 6, 2008 at 1:26 pm #781238AnonymousInactiveRead and see what programs convert well for others, but remember not all convert the same for everyone. I don’t promote sports betting but there are many great webmasters out there that do if you have a look around maybe see who they like to promote. Don’t take any pressure to promote a brand from affiliate managers, you do what is right for you and your sites.
Casinos convert so much better for me then sports books do personally.October 6, 2008 at 5:16 pm #781286biggygMember@Rochie 179369 wrote:

Jess is Irish and drinks alot so i would definitely go with her , just wait for the finger slip and get 250% commission lol
October 6, 2008 at 7:31 pm #781331AnonymousInactiveCheck the programs name in the “August/Spetember Comission received” threads in the Private forums, you will get a picture about who pays on time and fast
When you have your list then go over to http://www.affiliateguarddog.com and check out the programs’ T&C. AGD will give green light only for affiliate friendly programs//LOL, I’m starting to think I would need a rev share for promoting AGD to everyone, but yes, I really love that website, the most valuable website an affiliate can have Thanks AGD
October 6, 2008 at 7:55 pm #781337biggygMemberyou are absolutely right about affiliate guarddog -Andy is the best. And I still check to see who has paid ,there are still many grousp we don’t deal with and sometimes that thread determines if we sign up or not

Being an Irish company, Paddy Power certainly knows how to have a good time but when it comes to business, we’re as serious as they come. By the way… I’m Australian
