I lost login details also tried to retrieve them it didnt work so tried re registering said im already registered.
Emailed support no reply in 4 days called then 3 times no reply when they said they would is there anyway i can get help on this here from referback
Yea i know keep them in safe place but lost them and it my fault but some help from them on this would be great

Have you been assisted with regards to getting your login details yet? Please let me know. If not, then please send me a request via the e-mail address you used to sign up with. I will do the necessary search and get the the info to you, as well as track down why you were not assisted.
