In earnings report I can choose all months,all years…
In players report I can choose only October,November and December 2007!!!:Cry:

Crazy problems with Vegas Partner all the time!
Stats not update,removed players from data base(erro i hope),signups dont count in stats and they do nothing to fix the problems ? why ?

I have big problems for a year now! they even do NOT come back with the solution they promise!! They told us: “We will also be looking into a solution for compensating our affiliates that expierienced any loss of income.” (Aff links was not working for 6 weeks!)(nothing hapends):santa2:

It always hapend when affprograms begin changeing in links and software!!

VP PLEASE GET ALL THISE PROBLEMS FIXED NOW!!!!

Next step will be remove your program from my sites.

Sorry last thing i will like to do,but when you do NOT fix the problems or even do NOT come back with some update of problem???

I noticed a lot of slow stats updates with the Micro casinos this month.. Vegas affiliates seems all screwy as well.

Vegasaffiliates does not properly record my stats so I deleted the program weeks ago. I clicked 20 times on the Grand Hotel banner …….0 clicks and my redirectpage was 100% correct. Sorry but recording clicks should not be an issue for a program. Spend a few bucks on tracking software guys.

Although VegasPartner is working on it (the clicks are tracked though as they claim so) to get get the statsreport updated, I am looking for better options.

Thank you for your patience during this, we have solved the issue this
morning with regards to your earnings reflecting zero balances.

The problem was related to the currency conversion formula,
the amount was set to 0 which resulted in the amount multiplying
by 0 which resulted in the amounts not reflecting correctly.

With regards to all you who have lost all of your old players please mail
me you affIDs so that I can run a report and look into for you.

Is there a place in reports that shows old players? I have never seen that so I wouldn’t have a clue with the exception that in my mind I wonder what has happened to them.

Please could you be a little more specific as to what is not working for
you? I need more information if I am to help you properly.

To answer your question about what we have done to resolve the stats
issue, we have done the following:

1. Reverted our tracking method back to it’s original status prior to the
Microgaming update that affected the tracking of players. Players are now
linked to affiliates from download and not registration.

2. We have set the replication of the data from our servers to the affiliate
website on a 4 hour cycle, to ensure that all earnings filter down and
reflect correctly.

3. We have resolved the issue where the earnings were being multiplied by
0 during the currency conversion phase, that resulted in the earnings
reflecting 0. This no longer happens.

If anyone feels that their stats aren’t reflecting accurately, then I need
details as to what is going on. Please don’t come onto the forum and say
that something is not working without providing me some justification.
We have tested and tested everything that was changed and we are
confident that everything is working as it should. How is it still not working?

You know i have told you 100 times about my stats problems…

Look like Earnings update ok now for most of the casinos..

But my account did STILL not show Downloads and signups ok.

Crazy Vegas and PrimaPoker DID NOT COUNT THE SIGNUPS…??

Also my old CAMPAIGN dont track ?? also look like players from old CAMPAIGN are gone ??
